Close to the beach and shops, charming house with flower garden and private parking. Equipped kitchen and living room (TV and WIFI) opening onto the terrace (large bay window). On the night side, a bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine. Garden with a terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking for one vehicle. END OF STAY CLEANING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN MANDATORY (bed linen, hand towels, bath mat and kitchen linen)

Excellent séjour, maison très agréable et bien placée. Parfait avec un compagnon à 4 pattes, murs partout. Nous reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

Un emplacement rêvé

Une petite maison pour nous seuls, très bien décorée, un jolie jardin et surtout très bien située à proximité des commerces et de la plage.

Maisonnette idéale pour un couple seul ou avec un ou deux jeunes enfants. Bien équipée. Terrain spacieux et agréable. Deux places de parking. Points faibles : Mal insonorisée pour deux couples ; mezzanine un peu basse pour adultes ; WC dans la salle de bain

séjour à la Couarde du 3 au 17 septembre

la location s'est avérée conforme à sa description. Nous avons par contre regretté l'emplacement, situé au bord d'une route très passante, occasionnant des nuisances sonores gênantes. L'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui s'est également avéré gênant, le nettoyage avec un balai étant beaucoup moins pratique

Häuschen in La Couarde

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt. Es liegt sehr günstig zum Strand. Hinter der Mauer (gegen den oft wehenden Wind) auf der Terrassen-Seite liegt direkt eine der zwei Hauptstraßen durch La Couarde; die ist manchmal sehr laut. Direkt neben dem Nachbarhaus wurde werktags mit sehr störenden Straßenbaumaschinen gearbeitet. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. Der Fußboden im Erdgeschoss war beim Check-in nicht feucht gewischt. Der vorhandene Staubsauger funktioniert nicht.

Wieder sehr schöne Tage in La Couarde

Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in La Couarde, sowohl der herrliche Strand, als auch die Markthalle, der Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und das Ortszentrum sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten, in dem man wunderbar die Seele nach einen Strandtag baumeln lassen kann. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus angemessen. Für weitere Personen ist der Schlafplatz auf der Gallerie im Sommer sehr heiß und auch nachts nicht wirklich zu lüften. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist recht klein, da wir aber tolles Wetter hatten und immer draußen waren, war das für uns kein Problem. Vor 9 Jahren hatten wir dasselbe Objekt schon einmal gemietet. Die Ausstattung ist seither fast unverändert und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ausreichend. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Unterkunft wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt ...

besonders auf der Terasse unter dem Weinlaub. Je 300 m zum Strand und zur Markthalle, mehrere Restaurants und Supermarkt etc. ebenfalls. (Für die Zukunft : die Betten/Matratzen im Schlafzimmer unten waren uns zu weich, nur als Tipp, wenn man hier mal etwas Neues anschafft)
