Magnificent architect-designed house in the center of Cap-Ferret. In a quiet street it is ideally located between Ocean and Basin. Surrounded by a very large enclosed garden with trees, you can enjoy the sunny terrace while taking your meals around grilled meats cooked a la plancha.
THE VILLA
The living room bathed in light invites you to relax and the kitchen open to the dining room and fully equipped. The air-conditioned living room opens onto the large south-facing terrace.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms with quality bedding and 1 bedroom with two small twin beds. A nice bathroom accompanies the house with a walk-in shower.
Coffee maker available: Nespresso
Size of the beds: 3 beds in 140 - 1 bed in 140 - 2 beds in 90
ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT WIFI
ACCESS
You can park on the street for free without problems and in the garden. You can enjoy the entire accommodation and its magnificent garden and large terrace.
Right in the center of Cap Ferret you will be free to benefit from all the advantages of the peninsula without using your car. The rooms are bright and pleasant.
The location is ideal, between the basin and the ocean, the Bélisaire pier is a hundred meters away, as is the Horizon beach.
The market is very close as well as the shops and other restaurants of the center of Ferret.
You won't need a car once you get there.
GOOD TO KNOW
OPTIONAL LINEN (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels):
- 30€/person for 1 week,
- 40€/person for 2 weeks.
