Serendipity is an amazing beach front house with spectacular ocean views! This spacious house features 4 bedrooms on the main floor and a large loft bedroom. Relax the day away on the large front covered porch; and, enjoy the sunset on the intimate back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items needed to cook and eat with a large group. And the abundant cabinet space allows space to store food and pantry items during your stay.
The main bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom comes with a king bed; the third bedroom has a queen bed; and, the fourth bedroom accommodates 4 with queen over queen bunk beds. The large loft has 4 twin trundle beds and a bathroom with standup shower.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.

NY Getaway

This house was perfect for our group to ring in the New Year. Location is great, right on the beach! I only wish it had a fenced-in yard to make it easier with pets, but everything else compensates. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and plenty of room for everyone in the living room and bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

We take an annual trip with dear friends every year to the beach. This house provided everything we needed to have a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The house was very clean with awesome views.

Great place for family beach weekend

Right on the water, easy walk to the beach. Great kitchen, plenty of bedrooms. We did have a bit of trouble keeping the upstairs cool

Great little place

This is a great little place to stay. Lots of room. I do think the listing should be updated to let people know that the house moves because of the wind. We had some people that were a little more sensitive to the moving of the house than others.

Easy access to the beach!

We were 15 People with our 1 pet. The stay was amazing! Location was beautiful, house had everything whatever we needed for the stay. Highly recommend this house if you are planning for family/ friends getaway and looking for a beach front house then this is your spot!

FANTASTIC FAMILY TIME

Our Family gathers once a year, 18-20 of us , to spend quality time together. This properly was wonderful and was beyond what I expect ed. Plenty of kitchen ware, towels, and washing supplies. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The direct beach access was the big bonus. All we needed was for it to be 10 degrees cooler 😁 but otherwise absolutely perfect.

Family Get-Together

The cabin was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and the loft was perfect for the teens. The view and proximity of the beach is amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Some reviews before mentioned issues with the neighbors, we had no problems what so ever. Great time and great place to stay!

Beautiful view

Home was great, we’ve made it a family tradition to go to the beach when my daughter, son-in-law and grandkids visit from Colorado. We’ve stayed at several VRBO homes over the last 5 years and this was one of our favorites. Kids loved the loft room, it was nice and spacious for all of them. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable too. Kitchen was great, I’m not great with the flat top stoves but that’s just me! We enjoyed the quick beach access and the deck was great for watching the waves having a drink and catching up/visiting and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this home and will probably stay again. We didn’t have any issues so I had no need to contact the owner but I feel that they would have resolved any issues.

Family Weekend

This was our second time at this property. We enjoyed that it was right on the beach and we could bring our pets. It's great for our family because it has 5 bedrooms. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the addition of an elevator. I wouldn't even have thought about it but the house next door had one. It would save aching old knees like mine and would make easier to unload. Otherwise this was an excellent place.

4th of July Beach Trip

We enjoyed our 4th of July stay with friends and family. There were plenty of rooms for the adults and the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. The house is located on a quieter end of the beach so it wasn't very crowded but it's still close enough to restaurants and the Big Store. We loved hanging out on the large deck during the day and at night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Father’s Day weekend stay

Ten adults and two teens stayed comfortably at this house. There was plenty of seating inside and out. The house was clean and very well stocked. Beach access was great. Quick responses from owners when communicating. Would definitely rent again if staying on Bolivar.

Family Vacation

This house is amazaing. The location, the view, the space is everything. It was 18 of us on our annual family trip. The house was very clean and very well maintained. We had to contact the owners for a small issue and they were there within a few minutes. Cathy, thank you for your quick response. Although it could not be resolved because of it being a holiday weekend, it was minor and did not stop us from enjoing our trip to the fullest. The views from the front balcony was great. That is where we spent the majority of our time. We will definitely stay again.
