BED & BATH

On the main floor, find the master bedroom with a new, extremely comfortable king bed, as well as a second bedroom with 2 queen beds. There are two full baths on the main floor, including a tub for relaxing after a long travel day. The second floor has a bedroom with a double, full bath, and a separate living space with a tv, sofa, and balcony. The third floor loft contains a queen bed with a tv.
Please be advised, the 2 twin beds in the loft were removed.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The main living room has a stone fireplace and television for cozy movie nights. In addition, the kitchen comes fully-stocked with all the essentials for basic cooking, including a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. There is also a large table available to be used as a workspace or for dining.

AMENITIES

Step out onto the large back deck to take in sweeping mountain views. Kick back in the patio lounge to enjoy a refreshing beverage, while cooking up a feast on the outdoor BBQ. For longer stays, you will find an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Please note, during the winter months, the BBQ and Patio may not be available due to snow fall and freezing temperatures.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Beautiful Location

Excellent location, close to town by the river with mountains surrounding you in every direction. Accommodation was good value, lots of space and bedrooms to accommodate extended family. Home was clean and very functional. Two small things - one of the TV’s had four remotes and could not figure it out. The other is that there was a bird nest right above the front door and bird poop all over the front porch
