Great stay, close to beach an market

The house and lot are spaceious and located in a quiet area. Beach and market are in walking distance. We weren't missing anything for a relaxing stay. Will come back

Nice place, great location, a lot of space

Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need. The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids…!

Maison idéalement située entre plage et commerces

Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre, disposant de toutes les commodités, parfait pour une famille avec des ados, idéalement située à quelques mètres de la plage et des commerces du Bois en Ré. Propriétaire très disponible et réactif. Rien à redire. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cette location.

Residence avec de grands espaces interieurs et exterieurs.

Seul bemol, le four tres sale qui merite d'etre changé. Les placards Beaucoup de choses a jeter qui restent, a savoir: Restes de pâtes, farine, gateaux apéro etc etc

Perfekter Aufenthalt für 4 Personen mit Hunden

Tolle Lage mit sehr großem Garten, der völlig abgeschlossen ist. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und ins Stadtzentrum. Auch ein Missverständnis (fehlende Bettwäsche) wurde von Julian perfekt und unbürokratisch gelöst. Rundum eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.Vielen Dank.

Feriendomizil mit hohem Potenzial, aber auch Schwächen

In Summe haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist im Prinzip sehr geräumig, angenehm ruhig und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da ein Dachfenster Ameisenbefall hatte und es durch ein weiteres Dachfenster hindurch regnete. Beide Fenster waren von uns nicht zu bedienen. Die zwei Schlafräume im separaten Haus waren nicht wirklich zu benutzen, da sich eine hohe unangenehme Geruchsbelastung entwickelte, die wir auch durch wiederholte Spülungen nicht eliminieren konnten. Es erscheint als wäre eine größere Reparatur notwendig, da an vier Stellen Fliesen wohl schon aufgemacht wurden (Spekulation unsererseits). Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber direkt und ok.

La maison est bien située entre la mer et le marché. On peut faire tout à pied. Un grand jardin, sans vis-à-vis. Le silence absolut. 3 salles de bains! Grande terrasse.Très agréable.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren schon mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde etwas aufgepimpt (gestrichen, neue Arbeitsflächen und ein Induktionsherd). Man hat viel Platz und Ruhe. Zum Strand kann man im Bikini laufen. Einzig, in den beiden extra Schlafzimmern hat es wieder so komische gerochen, war aber durch lüften kein Problem. Für eien entspannten Familienurlaub/ mit Hund ist das ein toller Ort!

1 semaine de découverte de l île, ds cette chouette maison située à Bois Plage. Grande, bien agencée, un magnifique jardin qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer avec un barbecue le mardi midi au soleil de la belle terasse! Top👍😊

Dann doch noch ein schöner Urlaub

Nach einigen Anfangsschwierigkeiten hatten wir doch einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Ankunft war eher unpersönlich. Nach 11 Stunden Fahrt stand die Bettwäsche vor der Tür. Das Hoftor konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Da wir getrennt schlafen, waren wir nachts zwar im gleichen Grundstück aber getrennten Häusern. Julian war am nächsten Tag da und hat das Tor repariert. Letztendlich hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub und haben den vielen Platz und den großen Garten genossen.

Tolle Lage am Meer.

Das Haus/Häuser sind zu empfehlen. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück. Unser Hund hat sich gefreut und auch mit wohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Insel ist traumhaft schön und auch für Radfahrer ein Paradies. Alle sehr nett und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kontakt mit Julian war super.

Empfehlenswertes Quartier mit kleinen Fehlern

Unproblematische Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Günstige Lage zu Stränden und Geschäften. Einrichtung ordentlich, Küchenausstattung für Hobbyköche nicht so toll, Außenmobiliar (Liegen) etwas dürftig. Objekt machte einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Bei großzügiger Betrachtung wegen der Vorteile aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Schöner Urlaub

Familie mit 5 Kindern und Dobermann. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, 2 minuten (zu Fuß) zum Strand und fast genauso nahe zum Ortskern. Es ist sehr ruhig und und man hört nachts leise die Wellen. Das große Schlafzimmer ist mit eigenem schönen Bad und die beiden anderen Zimmer sind inclusive Bad von der Terasse aus begehbar. Es ist alles da. Jede Menge Geschirr, Bücher, Spiele, elektrische Markise,... Wir hatten auch Dank dem tollen Garten und den vielen Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten einen tollen Urlaub. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Marché et plage à pied

Propriété très bien placée, en impasse, calme. Située entre la plage et les commerces à pied, donc très agréable. La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif. La piece de vie est tres agréable et s’ouvre sur la terrasse et le jardin. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuse et les 3 sdb pratiques. Pas grands choses à redire si ce n’est le non entretien du jardin qui donne une impression peu agréable à l'arrivée et dont nous n'avons pu profiter (herbes très hautes), pas tres sympa pour les enfants et le chien. C’est regrettable à ce tarif. Quelques points ménages et un bemol sur oreillers et couettes pas très cleans mais des protections jettables à disposition. Experience positive en grande partie donc, je recommande.

Super séjour !

Hôte très disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dépaysant et ressourçant. De très ballades à vélo. La propriété est idéale pour une famille ou entre amis, proche de la plage et des commerces. Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.
