Great 2 bed/2 bath, 1/2 Mile to the Beach
This charming single family home, 1/2 mile easy walk to Cassidy Street Beach, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with separate office, dining area and office. The kitchen has been remodeled and features a double over, dishwasher, new side by side refrigerator and large laundry room.
NOTE: This house has minimum 30 day minimum rental and only rents on or near the first of the month to the end of the month - no mid month rentals.
The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed - all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a separate room as an office, complete with desk and desk chair for extended work-away trips - this room has a full size Murphy bed.
Enclosed backyard.
Pets are not allowed to be left unattended outside in the yard.

I previously had a duplex vacation rental in Los Angeles, sold last year, and bought this charming house in Oceanside.
Why they chose this property
I love that it is just 1/2 mile to the Pacific Ocean. And Oceanside is an up and coming neighborhood with shops, cafés, restaurants all within walking distance of the house.
