The Kitchen:
This open-concept space boasts a large island adorned with four cozy bar stools, inviting guests to gather around for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Equipped with brand new appliances, including a sleek stove, spacious refrigerator, and convenient dishwasher, this kitchen is a chef's dream. As you prepare meals, enjoy breathtaking views of the bay through the expansive windows, adding a touch of coastal inspiration to your culinary creations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a charming table accommodating up to eight guests, offering another vantage point to soak in the mesmerizing bay views while indulging in delicious meals and cherished moments with loved ones.
The Living Room:
Sink into our plush couches, curl up in the wicker rocker, or kick back in the comfy recliner. Enjoy the natural light and bay views as you unwind, chat with loved ones, or simply take in the tranquil atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to create lasting memories at The Bay House!
Bedroom 1:
This inviting room features a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep and a private full bathroom for your convenience.
Bedroom 2:
This room features a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing ample space for a comfortable night's sleep for a family unit. This room also features a private full bathroom.
Bedroom 3:
This large bedroom offers a queen bed and two twin beds, providing plenty of space for a restful night's sleep. The attached full bathroom is shared with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4:
This room features a comfortable queen bed and shares an attached full bathroom with bedroom 3.
The Outdoor Space:
Enjoy panoramic views of Copano Bay and the salt lake from the front and back porches, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. The back porch features a bar-height table and four chairs, ideal for alfresco dining with a view. Underneath the home, guests will find a convenient storage area and a charcoal grill, ensuring memorable outdoor gatherings and delicious barbecue feasts.
The Pier:
Enjoy a private 250' pier for the ultimate fishing experience. This pier comes equipped with a convenient fish cleaning station and flood lights for fishing at night.
- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the top of the driveway.
*For guests checking out on or staying through Tuesday & Friday: On Monday & Thursday evenings please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable, just return it at 72 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months.
- Turn off all interior and exterior lights when not in use and when you check out.
- Take everything out of the house that you brought with you when you check out. This includes left over foods.
- Please clean the grill and griddle before you leave.
- If you move any of the patio furniture, please return it to its original location when you check out.
- Do not smoke in the house. There is a “butt” pot provided with sand in it for your cigarette butts.
- Do not bring sandy footwear and clothing into the house. Please use the outdoor shower before entering the house when returning from the beach or fishing.
- Do not leave food in the house when you check out.
- Do not open the windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach or in boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach/pool towels and fishing towels are provided for your use.
- Do not try to open the Owner’s Closet or cabinets.
- Do not clean fish inside the house. A fish cleaning station is located on the pier.
- Do not fry turkeys at the house.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee.
THIS HOME IS ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM
Don’t pour kitchen grease into drains.
Don’t flush cigarette butts, wipes, tampons or other inorganic material down the toilet.
Don’t drive over the septic system.
Conserve Water. Please space out showers so the drain field has a chance to absorb water, otherwise the alarm WILL go off.
