Very good location, lots of room, good kitchen, nice beds. A little street noise but not too bad, easy communication with owner/agency.

Everything was exactly as pictured, was super clean and fresh, and David is so thoughtful with all of the little amenities he leaves to enhance your stay (earplugs on every nightstand, iron, sound machines, makeup wipes, high quality mattress and sheets, etc)
Loved staying here so much and would 110% recommend !
We were so pleased with this stay even before we opened the door! Our host was prompt, kind and went out of his way to insure our visit was enjoyable. He recommended fun bars and great restaurants and was very prompt when we needed help figuring out the television as we left our teens at home. I don’t know what else you could ask for in a location, home or host. Just so perfect.
Wanted to have a quick get-away from the daily grind of the summer. Took my 4kids and found a great place to stay by the WWII Museum. The property was spacious and close to everything that we wanted to do. Pictures were spot on, didn't have any bracelets to wear but I assume that is for the busier times of the year. Parking wasn't too bad with Free Parking on the street on the side of the building and text/digital parking meters on the street that are free from 7PM to 8AM. Take advantage of the ear plugs as the city wakes up at 6:00 AM with the garbage trucks. Great location just down the street from the WWII Museum and 1.2 mile walk to the French Quarter. If you need a spot close to the Museum this it, beats paying for two rooms at the Hotel around the corner. The 3 codes to use from the street to the room were easy to use and always worked, just save it to a text message and share it with your group.
Our quick trip was centered around the WWII Museum, which is 1/2 a block away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Try Plates. Awesome renovated warehouse space!
We loved this spot! It was perfect for our group and was in a great location! Lots of great spots to eat and grab cocktails that are walkable. I would definitely book again!
the unit was very nice and clean with a cool, modern feel. it was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, the convention center (which was why we were there), the riverwalk mall, etc. we would definitely stay here again!
Decided to invite adult kids with us for an anniversary trip.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Liked the place so much, we decided to stay another day. David was nice and gracious. Called upon him twice and he responded promptly. Great location right next to WW2 museum and lovely restaurants. Near the Garden District too!
This was great for our stay. It was close enough to everything while still not feeling like we were in the chaos of the French quarter. It is on the doorstep of the WW2 museum where my husband and son spent a whole day. Owner was super helpful and quick to respond. My only suggestion would be a bit more furniture for the living room. It’s not capable of seating a family if you want to watch tv or a movie. Some more shelf/closet space in the bathroom would be nice too. Otherwise a great place and great location.
Exactly as appears on listing. Half a block from WWII Museum. Many restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood convenience store half a block away for any small forgotten items, beverages (including adult variety) and snacks. Urban sounds (sirens, construction in a.m.), they have ear plugs and white noise machines in each room. Only a few things I'd change: (1) the couch is a small misery for the number of people who can stay in unit (with only 1 TV) for sightseeing recovery - no other chairs in living area except for dining chairs, no ottoman for putting up your feet. (2) The blinds do not block any of the ambient street or early morning light - need sleep masks. None of these took away from the visit - just an observation.
The property was in pritine condition and located in the perfect spot. There's mulptiple gine dining establishments near and its only a 15 minute walk to French Quarter. I'd highly rcommend this rental for your stay in NOLA.
The property was very spacious and great for our group of 6 during our time in New Orleans. Conveniently located near the conference center and popular neighborhoods. Having a main gate and extra locked doors to enter through helped with feeling safe. A few personal touches were missing from the space including enough clothes hangers or dressers for the bedrooms to allow for easier storage of clothing. Extra surface/storage space in the upstairs bathroom would have also been helpful.
The property was in a great location. The condo was clean and had all the essentials needed. The property manager was quick to get back with you if you had a question. I would definitely stay here again!
Spectacular place just a short 17 minute walk to the French quarter. Check in was easy, communication with David was great, and the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we expected. Will definitely stay here again when visiting New Orleans.
