Très bien
Très bon emplacement, près de la gare et toutes commodités( commerces, restaurants etc.). Studio agréable, bien chauffé avec grande cuisine aménagée et pratique ( il y a tout ce qu'il faut). Salle de bain spacieuse et propre , lit comfortable et literie propre, lieu très calme.Le seul bémol : le four a besoin d'un bon coup de Mr Propre (inutilisable) ainsi que la poêle. Bouilloire remplie de calcaire ainsi qu'une casserote ( avec du vinaigre blanc, problème vite réglé) Lavabo de la salle-de-bain complètement bouché ( problème aussi réglé par moi même car je ne voulais pas être dérangée). Malgré ces petits détails, j'ai passé un très bon séjour. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir car je viens régulièrement à Annecy. Propriétaire très sympathique et accéssible en cas de besoin.

Very kind owner and great location
Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!

Studio tres bien placé a l'entrée de la vieille ville et a 200 m du lac parking a proximité pas besoin de notre voiture du séjour. Studio tres agréable tres bien agencé fenêtre donnant sur la cour tres appreciable etant donne la circulation dans Annecy. Propriétaire tres reactif à la moindre question .merci a lui .Pas d'hésitation si nous devons revenir à Annecy

Emplacement idéal à côté de la vieille ville. Accessibilité facile aux commerces de proximité. Marché le dimanche matin. Hôte très accueillant et très gentil, au top. Bel appartement et bon emplacement
Super apparemment qui est idéalement placé dans le centre ville, tous les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied ! Stationnement dans toute la ville payant (et très cher) il faut se garer loin pour avoir une place gratuite… Sinon l’appartement en lui même est très bien, seul bémol, le robinet qui tient par une ficelle et l’appareil à raclette qui est très usé (nous n’avons donc pas osé l’utiliser) Très bon contact avec l’hôte ! Je recommande
