This cozy yet spacious creek-side cabin offers tons to do both inside & out. Located on a small dead-end road just off East Parkway, you'll find plenty of flat parking (trailers welcome!). With Dudley Creek right in the back yard, and an easy one-mile walk to downtown with gently sloping sidewalk the whole way - you'll find that this cabin offers a unique and memorable combination of peaceful seclusion, and easy access to local attractions. An idyllic escape from everyday stress - yet when the real world calls, you'll have great cell service and high-speed cable internet for your Zoom meetings.

This cabin offers a spacious living area, large king suites on each level, and a very well-equipped kitchen. There's also a loft if you want to slip away for a little quiet time, and a game room with a pool table, arcade games, and a home theater setup if you're feeling more social. Outdoors, there's a huge fire pit right alongside the creek, a yard area where you can play horseshoes or corn hole, large decks, and of course the relaxing hot tub! SLEEPING
- Master bedroom on upper level has king bed, en-suite full bath, and Smart TV
- King bedroom on main level with en-suite full bath and Smart TV
- King bedroom on lower level with en-suite full bath and Smart TV
- Daybed with trundle on lower level
- Loft library has a sleeper sofa

LIVING:
- Living area on main level with gas fireplace (operational Oct-Mar only) and Smart TV

***NOTE: Please DO NOT touch/move the logs in the fireplace! Moving them out of position can cause the fireplace to stop working properly. A $75 service charge will be assessed if a service call is required during or immediately after your stay because the logs have been moved out of place.

- Game room on lower level with pool table, arcade games, and theater with three theater chairs
- Washer/dryer located on main level (starter pack of detergent provided)
- Baby items: We provide a Pack-N-Play and highchair. No sheets are provided for the Pack N Play

OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large covered deck on main level
- Covered back deck with hot tub on lower level
- Yard with fire pit and two park-style charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal - available at many local grocery and convenience stores)
- Lawn games (horseshoes and corn hole)

PARKING:
- Parking for up to 6 cars
- Parking area can accommodate one or two trailers

RULES AND OTHER ITEMS:
- Signed rental agreement is MANDATORY, any booking that has not signed agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be canceled
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on the property (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc). A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property, to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments due to smoke damage.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic. Exposure to animal hair, dander, feathers, etc., poses a severe health hazard to the host's family members, and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. If you arrive with a pet, you will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled without refund, and a $500 fee will be assessed.
- Creek Access - There is a gated staircase with access to the creek bed - swim and explore at your own risk!
- Check-in/Check-out Times: My cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window in which to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best possible work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.
