What a wonderful location!

Dinard was a revelation. A wonderful pied-à-terre, the house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect; five minutes from the market, eight minutes from the nearest beach and ten minutes maximum from the centre, the restaurants, the shops and the cinema. Secure private parking was an added bonus. And Catherine was very easy to deal with. What's not to like?

Dinard Central !!

Very nicely designed property in ideal location in the town. Facilities were ideal for us. Easy access to the beach, the Clair de Lune shore walk, and of course the market. Getting in and out of the parking area a bit tricky as the road is sometimes busy but just needs some care. We have stayed in Dinard many times and this is without doubt the best location we have had.

A perfect getaway

This is fantastic, well designed little house, just a stone’s throw from the market, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The photos are true to the actual property and we found everything we needed. Communication was excellent and Jerome was on hand for our arrival and departure. The only thing we missed was a little freezer, or freezer compartment, but this was a minor detail. We also parked in nearby streets, to avoid manoeuvring into the slot.

The property was wonderful. Very tasteful decor. Bathrooms were exceptional , clean and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped with lovely dinnerware and glassware. Our issue is that there is no freezer therefore no ice for cocktails or just convenience of having a freezer. The location is the best due to the open air market, restaurants, and shopping. Schöne 2 Wochen Sommerurlaub in Dinard.

Wir sind bereits mehrfach in der Bretagne und 2 mal in Dinard gewesen. Eine solche qualitativ hochwertige Wochnung hatten wir noch nicht. Es ist alle perfekt und sehr sauber! Wir hatten ein technisches Problem während unseres Aufenthalts und es mußte kurzfristig ein Service gerufen werden. Caterin hat sich umgehend darum bemüht und es kam kurzfristig Hilfe. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Hat dadurch aber morgens und abends ein hohes Verkehrsaufkommen auf der Straße. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

une merveilleux séjour

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Tout d'abord, la propriétaire a été très arrangeante avec nous, que ce soit pour l'arrivée ( car nous avons organisé notre séjour en dernière minute) ou le départ. Maison d'une propreté impeccable, décorée avec goût, parfaitement équipée, et surtout idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour, tout était parfait !

Hervorragend in jeder Hinsicht

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem kleinen Häuschen verbracht und können uns den bisherigen, sehr guten Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen. Ein idealer Standort zum Erkunden der nördlichen Bretagne. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Stellplatz für den Pkw direkt neben dem Eingang ist komfortabel und spart lästiges Parkplatzsuchen. Die fußläufige Entfernung zum Markt, zur Markthalle, zu Bäckern und zwei Supermärkten mit ihren tollen Angeboten haben wir täglich geschätzt und reichlich genutzt (es gibt noch weitere Geschäfte, die wir gar nicht geschafft haben in der Zeit, die wir da waren). Die Schlafzimmer, das große Bad und ein separates WC liegen im Keller - die Zimmer haben je kleine Fenster mit Tageslicht, Bad und WC sind ohne Fenster - uns hat es nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, im Sommer dürfte es angenehm kühl sein und wer es braucht, kann bei Bedarf die Heizung anmachen. Wirklich rundum gelungen, würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Verwalter war stets freundlich, unproblematisch und immer mit einer zuverlässigen und raschen Antwort versehen - vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Dinard!

Toutes les conditions réunies pour une séjour au top !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Dinard et avons adoré cette ravissante maison de ville, idéalement située entre le bord de mer et le centre ville. Très appréciable également d'être à quelques pas de la halle du marché et de pouvoir profiter de produits frais tous les matins. La maison est confortable, fonctionnelle et très cosy. On s'y sent bien et nous avons également pu profiter de la petite terrasse extérieure. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. Merci Catherine et Stéphane.

Gepflegte und gemütliche Fewo in bester Lage

Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer/Küche mit tollen Möbeln. Es ist auch alles vorhanden wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kerzen, Wolldecke...Es wird an alles gedacht. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Schlafzimmer im Keller/Souterain liegen und dementsprechend etwas kühl sind, auch das eine Bad liegt im Keller und ist Fensterlos.Die Lage ist optimal, man kann das Auto stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß erkundigen.

Fantastic house, centrally located.

It was a fantastic house, centrally located. Everything was like on the photos. The house is clean, nicely decorated and has almost all you need. Even an electric gate, allowing parking on the premises. The beds were very comfortable. Some small feedback: WiFi was fine in the living room, but very bad in the bedrooms. Also, the cooking pans have no lids and there were no egg holders. Minor details, but something to look into. The location is only 2 minutes walking from the market hall and a great bakery. And 7 minutes from the beach and several restaurants. Again, we had a great stay. We hope to return one day.

Maison de vacances idéalement située

A 2 pas du centre ville et de la plage la maison est rénovée et décorée avec goût. La place de parking est très appréciable Le Petit extérieur très agréable Il ne manquerait qu’un petit espace congélateur dans le frigo et des rideaux occultants dans les chambres pour être au paradis 😉😀

Einfach nur Fantastisch

Wir waren eine Woche in Dinard und müssen ganz ehrlich sagen: Wir waren noch nie in einem so sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus. Auch die Lage 5min zum Strand und direkt ums Eck der Markthalle ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Eigentümerin Catherine mit der wir direkt Kontakt hatten ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und meldet sich bei Fragen nach nur wenigen Stunden. Auch ihre Tips für Restaurants usw. waren klasse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Einziges Thema was aber wohl der „Verwertung der Anzeige“ durch einen Dienstleister geschuldet ist, war die fehlende Information, dass die Endreinigung in Höhe von EUR 60 noch zu bezahlen war, was nicht in der Anzeige stand. Das haben wir aber gerne noch bezahlt so sauber, wie uns das Haus zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.
