This apartment is located on the first floor. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 10 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

Lovely

Wonderful location, bakery across the street, and one block away from the subway. Quite spacious space, clean, and comfortable beds/pillows/towels! Overlooks a main road, so if you are a light sleeper, use a noisemaker. The owner had great communication and was accommodating letting us drop bags off early.

Mother/Daughter Spring break trip

Perfect for three moms and five girls looking to have a comfortable home base for an epic spring break trip. Apartment was attractively appointed and surprisingly spacious. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Courtesy bottle of wine was a welcome nice touch! Only con, while there were three showers, only two of the three bathrooms had toilets. The apartment was a tab bit stuffy but there were many windows to open for air circulation.The apartment was well located: close to the Metro, grocery store and coffee shops. Also, several restaurants in excellent proximity. And while there was a lot of hustle and bustle on the streets outside of the apartment, we felt very safe walking around individually out with the kids. The LivinParis hosts were very accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a group or with your family. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is clean and contemporary on a busy street. Bedding is very comfortable, bathrooms modern and well maintained. It would be nice to have towel bars or at least hooks for towels. We enjoyed it!

Paris trip with the girls

This apartment is lovely. Perfect for our weekend away as a group of girls. A short walk from the Pompidou Centre and then on to the river. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our two night stay. Would definitely book again.

Such a lovely apartment and perfect for our group of 9! The location is amazing! The advertised pictures make it look bigger than it really is but there is plenty of room. The host was very responsive. Typical city noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Design week in Paris

The size and configuration of the apartment, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, were perfect four our group of five women. The amenities suited us well and the location is very walkable to all of the major sites. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lots to love

We stayed with our family of 10, grandparents to 4 years old. Beds were very comfortable, location was convenient. Neighborhood a bit inconsistent, but lots of great food options in the neighborhood and the subway is around the corner. It's a perfect spot for 8 people. 10 requires 2 people sleeping in the main seating area of the apartment. We would certainly stay there again!

Loved the apartment and how clean and well kept it was. Very up to date. The location was also great for getting around Paris, whether you had to take the metro or walk. Loved the bakery across the street!!!!

Pi’s in Paris

We had three couples who traveled to Paris. The location of the apartment was close to the Metro station, a short walk to the train station and next to a bus stop so it was very easy to travel around town and beyond. The checkin was very easy and the property manager (or owner) checked in to see how things were. They were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was close to wonderful bakeries and brasseries, and a short walk to a street with amazing food options to eat there, take back to the apartment or on a picnic. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars all around was there were only two toilets, although the listing clearly states there are three. There are three bathrooms, but one only had a shower and sink. We had a fabulous time and fell in love with Paris all over again.

Vanderpool family vacation

Good, but mixed review

There were 5 of us staying there. The three bedrooms and bathrooms in the newly renovated space were very nice. Plenty of space, very clean and new. Two of us stayed in the older room off the living room, and that room is not adequate for two, especially compared with the other rooms. It was very tight without space for any storage except in a closet. No floor space at all. The public spaces are "tired," and the sofas are not comfortable. The beds are very comfortable! Kitchen dishes, glasses are well-supplied. The washer/dryer is not as advertised and is difficult to use. The dishwasher also had a learning curve. It would have been helpful to have had better explanation of the kitchen appliances. The eating area was quite adequate and pleasant. We felt secure and quite comfortable knowing we could reach someone if needed.

Fantastic Location to See Paris!

In attending a conference in Paris, I wanted a location that would allow my family to see the various sites in the City of Paris. The location could not have been better for this purpose. Not only did access to public transportation readily exist, but obtaining a taxi or Uber could not have been easier. But, many sites including the Louvre happen to be within walking distance. The neighborhood appeared very safe. We never had any concerns walking during the day or night. The Boulangerie across the street could not have been more convenient or with more friendly people. The actual property served us extremely well. The kitchen is small, but the pictures showed this ahead of time. And, in Paris, one should be eating out in any case. But, do not get me wrong, the kitchen served its purpose and happens to be fully functional. We mostly used the cabinets, fridge, and coffee maker. The bedrooms were very comfortable and sufficient for our party of 6. The windows overlook the street which allow for both fresh air, a sense of the City vibe. and casual views. The service from LivinParis exceeded all expectations. Available by phone, WhatsApp, and email, we never went without answers to questions provided very quickly. They provided recommendations for restaurants and proved very very helpful.
