There is a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating for five, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with additional folding bed and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared garden with gazebo, furniture, and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles, there is a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 2 Stud Cottage is a superb property, ideal for a family holiday in Norfolk. Note: Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted at the property. Note: The property does not have an EV charger, the owner would ask all visitors not to use the electricity from the property they are staying in to charge their cars.Please note: Sorry, this property does not accept working parties and cannot be used for any business purposes.
