Mullach is a welcoming semi-detached cottage in a rural location, four miles from the village of Ardfern in the Argyll region of Scotland. The cottage sleeps two people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double as well as a ground floor bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area at this cottage. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to front with furniture and barbecue. Mullach is an ideal base for families who wish to explore this part of Scotland together. Please note: this property will only accept a maximum of 2 guests including infants
Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: This property has a private treated water supply. Note: The approach road to this property should be accessed with care. Note: The staircase in this property is being removed in November 2024.
