Bel appartement idéalement situé face à la mer avec un accès direct à la plage, et sa transversalité permet de bénéficier du soleil le matin face à la mer et l’après midi de l' autre coté.
Néanmoins petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique : on entend énormément les voisins.
L'ameublement y est rustique et notamment dans la cuisine qu'il faudrait complètement refaire, ainsi que les sols. La salle d'eau est correcte, ainsi que les literies. Le ménage avait moyennement été fait, c'était propre mais sans plus; nous avons retrouvé des emballages de papier entre le four et le mur.
Toutefois, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.
parking privé ; vue magnifique et salle de bain récente sont les points fort de cette location malheureusement le reste n'est pas au même niveau . vétusté ( mobilier formica des années 70 ) ; propreté loin d'être au top; sable dans le salon ; lave vaisselle plein avec vaisselle sale a nôtre arrivée ; idem pour la machine a laver avec les tapis a l'intérieur ; isolation phonique inexistante gâchent un peu le tableau
nous avons néanmoins passé de bonnes vacances mais un effort de la gérance serait la bienvenue au niveau propreté ainsi peut-être qu'un prix revu un peu a la baisse vu le niveau de l'appartement
