Hayloft Cottage is an upside down cottage on a working farm in Newbiggin-on-Lune. There is one ground floor bedroom which can be offered with two king-size doubles, a double and two singles or four singles. The bathroom is on the ground floor too. Upstairs is an open plan living area. Outside is off road parking, a patio and shared grounds with play area. Hayloft Cottage is a good base for trekking up the fells or exploring the Dales or Lakes.
Amenities: Biomass central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared paddock with children's play area. One well behaved dog welcome, Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 2 miles. Note: Washing and drying facility available through owner.
