The apartment is located at the entrance of Ile-Rousse, close to the sea, in a small residence of 3 apartments. Ideally located, you will find a bakery and a supermarket 200m from the accommodation. Functional and comfortable, you can enjoy a terrace equipped with a beautiful exposure.
The apartment is at 10 minutes by feet of Napoleon Beach of l’Ile-Rousse.
The area of the apartment is 40m2 and there is:
- a lounge with flat TV and sofa bed
- a kitchen area with microwaves, glass ceramic plaque, oven…
- a bedroom with bed in 140x190cm
- a bathroom with shower, WC and washing-machine
- Supplied sheets and towel.
- Private parking.
Deposit: 500€ to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.
