This single-storey barn conversion is set round a grassed courtyard near Winterborne Stickland, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Rowdens Barn is a single-storey cottage in a lawned courtyard setting, a mile from Winterborne Stickland and four miles from Blandford Forum. The cottage has a king-size double and a twin along with a bathroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking, a private patio area, shared lawn and shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey. Rowdens Barn is close to local walks, pretty villages and bustling market towns, as well as for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the rest of this lovely area.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Further fuel can be purchased from owner. Full bed linen, hand and bath towels for each bed space provided. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. EV charger available, please download the "Pod Point" app for EV charging and payments. Covered bike storage. Enclosed, private garden with lawned area, patio and picnic bench. Further larger shared front lawned area. Shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey.
