This charming, detached pine lodge, set on the owner's 35-acre smallholding in Llechwedd near Conwy can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Y Caban is a delightful, detached pine lodge located on the owner’s 35-acre smallholding in a woodland glen in Llechwedd near Conwy. The property offers a double room, a twin room and a shower room, which uses solar panels to heat the water, supplied from a nearby spring. The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with French doors leading outside. Outside, you will find a front and side lawned garden with a decked patio and furniture. There is off road parking for two cars a short walk from the property. Y Caban is a wonderful base for families and small groups of friends exploring the wonders of North Wales.

Amenities: Electric heaters with solar water heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview,Wifi, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage on request. Front and side lawned garden with decked patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: Part of the road leading to the property is a steep, narrow single track lane. Note: Lodge is accessed from car park down a 20 yards woodland path and there are a number of external steps to access the lodge. Note: Unfenced stream 5 yards from property, children to be supervised. . Note: Ideally located for hikers and fell runners
