This stone-built cottage is situated on the outskirts of the town of Skipton and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Please note This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Jess Cottage is a stone-built, end-terrace cottage set on the owners' livestock farm, on the outskirts of Skipton. This cottage sleeps four people in two en-suite bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link super king-size double and a double bedroom. The cottage also has a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a front, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Jess Cottage has all the ingredients for an enjoyable holiday in a wonderful area.
Amenities: Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx. 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Due to the property being set on a working farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside (can be off leads in private garden). Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden. Please note This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.
