This end terraced cottage overlooks the river Esk in Whitby and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Sunnybrae is a modern, end-terraced cottage in an elevated position above the River Esk on the outskirts of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Boasting two double bedrooms and one single (with a pull-out bed) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is a decked rear patio with garden furniture, a communal lawned area and off road parking for one car. Being just one mile from the centre of Whitby, and on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park, Sunnybrae is the perfect holiday home for exploring the delights of this region.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi Broadband, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available at free car park next to property but no allocated space. Small, private rear decked patio with furniture, plus communal lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: Property suitable for max. 5 people, inc. infants.
