This semi-detached cottage on the owner's working farm is situated close to the village of Pumsaint in South Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Crud-y-Barcud is a welcoming cottage attached to the owner's farmhouse, on a working livestock farm, 1.5 miles from the small village of Pumsaint and 8 miles from Lampeter. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Crud-y-Barcud is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers in this most delightful area of Wales. Please note there is a big yard and garden for use but dogs must be kept on leads on the full grounds.Please Note : Property only accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a charge of £25 per week for a second dog

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture.- Please note there is a big yard and garden for use but dogs must be kept on leads on the full grounds. No smoking. Shop 5 miles. Note: Cottage has narrow stairs. Note: Low beam in double bedroom, and two steps into twin room. Note: The owner keeps dogs in the farm yard. Note: Cottage on working farm, some related noise and traffic will be experienced.Note: Two well behaved small/medium dogs welcome there is a charge of £25 per week for a second dog

Attractions nearby include the Red Kite centre, Dolaugothi Gold Mines, a riding school, fishing, the Brianne Dam and Botanical Gardens.
