This delightful, modern cottage in Mevagissey sleeps four people in two en-suite bedrooms.
Nectan is an attractive cottage adjoining the owner's home, on the outskirts of Mevagissey. With sea views and bright accommodation including two en-suite bedrooms (one ground floor double with en-suite bathroom and one first floor super king-size double, which is zip/link and can be a twin on request, with an en-suite shower room), this cottage can sleep up to four people comfortably. There's also a laundry room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner leading to a private, enclosed south-facing terrace with furniture. Just five minutes' walk downhill are Mevagissey's many amenities including intriguing gift shops and inviting pubs, cafes and restaurants. Nectan provides a wonderful base for discovering this popular and beautiful area of Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed garden with south-facing terrace and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk downhill. Note: One step up to front door
