This stone-built, terraced cottage on the edge of Ruswarp sleeps five people in three bedrooms.

Goathland Cottage is a charming, terraced cottage, 0.5 miles from Ruswarp and just under 2 miles from Whitby. There are three bedrooms, each with country views, sleeping five people in total. There's also a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is a small, shared patio area with a barbecue and ample off road parking. Approached by a fairly steep road of approximately 600 yards, Goathland Cottage sits in a charming country location and offers a good base for touring the coast and countryside of beautiful North Yorkshire.Note: No hen, stag or similar parties

Town: Situated just 1.5 miles inland from Whitby, the small village of Ruswarp lies on the River Esk, with old stone cottages lining the main street. Ruswap has excellent amenities, including a local pub with hand-pulled real ales, a village shop and a renowned local butcher. The Esk Valley Walk runs through the village, and it is an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Whitby. Ruswarp has a regular bus service, and the single track railway has regular steam trains running through!
