The Old Smith is an attractive, semi-detached farm cottage set on the edge of the small sleepy hamlet of Dottery near Bridport in West Dorset. With a king-size double and twin bedroom, the property can sleep up to four people. There's also a ground floor bathroom, along with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for 2 cars. The Old Smithy sits amongst charming countryside, with lots of pretty villages nearby. Minimum stay of 4 nights.Please Note: The property is being renovated in 2025, these works may run past October 2025.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview and DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front enclosed garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are four steps up from the sitting room to the kitchen and bathroom. Please note: The rural road location of The Old Smithy may experience some tractor traffic during busy farming periods.
