The San Salvador includes a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed. The San Salvador's large and fully-equipped kitchen has all the major appliances and also includes crockery, cookware, utensils and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Three large televisions means that different groups can stretch out in the spacious living area and in the main bedroom to enjoy different programming at the same time. The living area and guest room televisions have an internet connection for your personal streaming services.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more! If you don't feel like going out to eat, they will deliver to your condo, or you can order carry-out.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
