The house is located on the fourth km of the Giannella; very quiet and far enough from the road not to hear any noise. It can accommodate four people: it contains a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room; kitchenette; a bath; veranda overlooking the sea and large garden with direct access to the beach; two car park inside the garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

einzigartige Lage
Obwohl wir weniger gutes Wtter erwischt haben, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Durch die einziartige Lage der Villa direkt am Strand kann man auch kurz am Strand spazierengehen un kehrt um, falls es regnet.

Schöner Badeurlaub
Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Feriehaus am Strand von Gianella. Für 2 Personen war alles perfekt. Der Kontakt mit Alessandra war super und unkompliziert, auch die Schlüsselübernahme und -übergabe. Vielen Dank, Alessandra, wir kommen gern wieder. Knut und Ramona

Il posto ideale per riposarsi
Posizione ideale, direttamente Sulla spiaggia!! Posto e casa tranquilissimi, praticamente perfetti per Passare und vacanza all´insegna della tranquillitá e del relax. Il giardino é molto ampio e curato, dotato di sdraio e Lettini per potersi riposare. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo!! Grazie ad Alessandra per l´ospitalitá.

La vacanza ideale
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel mese di agosto. La villetta è molto carina, ben strutturata, fornita di tutto, circondata da un bel giardino con posto auto. Abbiamo apprezzato oltre che la struttura anche la comodità dell'accesso in spiaggia in quanto si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia libera della Giannella dove però è vietato l’accesso ai cani. La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e confortevole, fornita di zanzariere a tutte le finestre per cui niente insetti fastidiosi ed è presente l’aria condizionata. Fornite lenzuola ed asciugamani, letti comodi Esternamente c’è un enorme tavolo con un grande ombrellone dove si puo’ cenare ammirando stupendi tramonti A breve distanza con la macchina si raggiungono i supermercati come la Coop, mentre a 9 km c’è Porto Santo Stefano piena di ristorantini dove poter cenare mangiando buon pesce. Ringraziamo Alessandra per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, risponde subito se contattata, ottima accoglienza A noi è piaciuto molto come soggiorno, siamo stati veramente bene e di sicuro ritorneremo

Deludente - enttäuschend
The beach is nice, but the house was seedy, grubby and clammy. Finally, we even had mouse excrement everywhere - even in the kitchen on the food. Our patience was at the end. We didn't wait for the offered vermin extermination but departed after three days. We didn't got even a little compensation (although the house-owner agreed on a partial compensation on the telephone before we departed). The result: spoiled vaccation and all the money gone Der Strand ist schön, aber das Haus ist heruntergekommen, schmuddelig und feucht. Schließlich hatten wir noch überall Mäusekot - auch in der Küche auf den Lebensmitteln. Unsere Geduld war am Ende. Wir haben die Schädlingsbekämpfung nicht abgewartet, sondern sind nach drei Tagen abgereist. Keine Entschädigung (trotz Zusage der Vermieterin am Telefon vor der Abreise). Kein Urlaub, aber Geld weg. La spaggia è bella ma la casa era trasandato, lurido et freddo umido. Finalmente anche avevamo ovunque escrementi di topo - anche in cucina sul cibo. La nostra pazienza è stata alla fine. Non aspettavamo la desinfestazione offerta ma abbiamo lasciato dope tre giorni. Nessun risarcimento (nonostante l'accordo precedente sul telefono prima della partenza). Nessuna vacanza ma denaro via

Tutto perfetto!
E' una casa molto carina con un bellissimo giardino per le ore molto calde e la spiaggia davanti per dei bellissimi bagni a tutte le ore. Inoltre , in casa, una biblioteca invidiabile.

Posizione stupenda
La casina è in una posizione meravigliosa ! Direttamente sulla spiaggia . Accoglienza gentile e accurata Provata in inverno è un pò umida ma fortunatamente i convettori del caldo asciugano l ambiente rapidamente . Il camino si alimenta con la legna trovata sulla spiaggia, facendola asciugare bene :) . Una incredibile biblioteca è a disposizione . Ci torniamo

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am langen Sandstrand. Für 2 Personen ein Traum.
Haus und gesamte Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
