Charming renovated cottage includes, on the ground floor, a living room opening onto a terrace with an open kitchen, fitted and equipped with a top refrigerator, induction hob, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker and... 'a washing machine.
A bedroom with a 140 bed and large closet. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds and wardrobe.
You would benefit from a pleasant, fully enclosed garden with trees, as well as a terrace to share friendly moments.
Possibility of parking a vehicle in the property to the side of the house. Main house overlooking garden not occupied.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. No wifi. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
