This charming barn conversion close to the small village of Little Haven sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
The Long Barn is a delightful barn conversion situated 2.5 miles from the small village of Little Haven, close to Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double with en-suite shower, one ground floor twin and a mezzanine twin with en-suite bath, along with a ground floor wet room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a first floor sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and a front, enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Eco-friendly underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2.5 miles. Note: Small / medium Dogs only, Dogs must to be kept on a lead when not in garden due to farm animals. Note: Part of the stairs are open tread and very low beams in first floor bedroom and bathroom, care to be taken. Note: Steps into the property and one step into ground floor double bedroom. Note: Sitting area and twin bedroom on the first floor are separated by a curtain. Note: An annexe sleeping two people is attached to The Long Barn. Note: Property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to limited space
