CIS CODE LE7503091000040498. CIN CODE IT075030C200083039 Frangipani is a luxury and rather unique construction. It was built in 2015, designed by an architect in the style of Salento’s traditional "pajara houses".
The exterior resembles an old stone house, which respects the typical architecture and landscape of the area. Nevertheless, it was built in compliance with "A-class” energetic/insulation/ecological standards.
There are two constructions in the property: Frangipani Main Villa and The Depandance (a detached small house, which is located around 100 meters away from the main villa in the olive tree grove. The Dependance is usually not made available for rent by the owners).
The property is located in the countryside just 1 Kms away from Sannicola village (with small shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants/Pizzerie). It is also just minutes away from the touristic port and old town of Gallipoli and Salento’s most beautiful coastline and cultural attractions. These include the Italian baroque capital, Lecce, that is 27 Kms away and the old towns of Nardò and Galatina, where Santa Caterina is renown to be the second church in Italy by number of frescos and wall-paintings, all around 12 Kms away).
Frangipani is used by the owners as a holiday escape and is only occasionally rented to selected tenants: the owners categorically do not rent to "group of friends" but to referenced families only.
