Gîte fonctionnel avec piscine proche Chablis

Nous avons réservé ce gîte afin d’y loger nos amis lors d’une célébration. Le gîte est bien aménagé et équipé de manière fonctionnelle. La météo n’était pas au rendez-vous, mais ce gîte dispose également d’un grand espace extérieur avec piscine, qui doit être des plus agréables quand il fait beau. Dominique est très réactive et présente dans le cadre de la location du gîte. Une adresse pratique et agréable pour visiter les vignobles et autres attractions de la région.

Detente en attente du beau temps

La maison est exceptionnelle, grande, d’une propriété impeccable, le jardin est extrêmement bien entretenue, la piscine est suffisamment grande Tout était parfait . Sauf … le soleil qui manquait au RDV Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine, alors que c’était la raison pour laquelle nous avons loué, Heureusement nous avions apporté nos jeux de société et nos livres Les enfants ont été plus courageux que nous et ses sont baignés malgré la fraîcheur de l’eau

Maison de campagne

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette charmante fermette assez spacieuse pour 7 personnes. Le coin piscine est super pour la détente et la baignade sans aucun risque pour les enfants car,il est situé à côté de la maison. Il y a énormément d'activité à faire autour avec des chemins juste derrière pour pouvoir faire du vélo en famille en toute sécurité. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin avec en plus une attention de bienvenue. Il y a le train qui passe pas loin mais sans nuisances. Le point négatif serait juste le manque d'équipements enfants en bas âge (lit bébé...) et le toilette dans la salle de bain. Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme.

A fine stay in Roffey!

We had a nice stay at this house and enjoyed a real relaxing holiday. Roffey is a small village surrounded by meadows, great for walks in nature and we saw some wild animals. The downside of this was that you had to use the car to get food, in the end that was fine. The best thing about this house is the swimming pool with sunbeds and lounge sofas, surrounded by walls and therefore completely private. The house itself is old-fashioned but that also fits the atmosphere. If it were up to us, a little more kitchen equipment could have been added and the double beds were a bit small for two people. But overall, this house really had everything you need. The hosts did not speak English like was mentioned in the Ad, but we made it work. At the end of our stay, we had a miscommunication about the cleaning costs. We had chosen to pay them for cleaning. When checking out, we tidied up the house, put the kitchenwear back, removed our garbage, took the covers off the beds and put a cloth over everything. When the landlord came, she was upset, which we didn’t expect. She wanted us to pay double for cleaning cost instead of the normal fee. We thought that was rather exagerated since nothing specific was communicated in advance about cleaning the house. In the end we agreed with her partner that we would pay more, but not double. Specific and clear communication in advance would have prevented this rather unpleasant closing of our stay.

Calme et nature

De beaux espaces très fonctionnels à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, une piscine grande et un jardin très bien entretenu. Le train passe non loin mais n'apporte pas de gêne sonore pendant la nuit. Site parfait pour des départs de promenade à vélo avec la proximité du canal et parfait pour se bzigner dans la rivière, il y a des plages et des déversoirs à chaque village. Très bon séjour.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine gepflegtes, gut eingerichtetes Feriendomizil, ruhig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Vermieterehepaar schaute gelegentlich vorbei, um nach dem Pool zu sehen und die beiden Katzen zu füttern, die zum Haus gehören. Sie sprechen ausschließlich Französisch, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwerte. Das Dorf Roffey ist so klein, dass für jeden Einkauf das Auto benötigt wird. Wenn einen das nicht stört, ist die Ferienwohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Saubere Wohnung mit schönem Garten und Pool

Das Objekt besteht aus einer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines landestypischen Anwesens. Zwei Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße raus. Die Einrichtung ist stilecht, das Anwesen sehr sauber. Der Bruder der Vermieterin lebt auf einem abgetrennten Teil des Hofes, tritt aber nicht in Erscheinung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der sehr schöne Garten mit Pool ist durch eine hohe Mauer vom Hof getrennt. Der Ort selbst liegt unmittelbar an der Bahnstrecke Paris-Dijon.

Maison calme avec jardin et piscine de rêve !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette jolie maison au calme, avec son jardin absolument sublime et sa piscine de rêve. La propreté était irréprochable, ainsi que la taille de la maison (nous étions 5 adultes). Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Les seuls points d'amélioration seraient le manque d'une machine à laver le linge, éventuellement davantage d'ustensiles de cuisine (nous sommes une famille qui aime cuisiner !) et peut-être un petit salon de jardin juste devant l'entrée de la maison pour pouvoir profiter du ciel étoilé le soir sans aller forcément jusqu'au jardin. Je recommande sans hésiter et espère y revenir prochainement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Belle cour et terrasse devant la maison. Maison fonctionnelle avec 3 chambres. Et un super espace détente avec la piscine, transat, table de jardin ! Commerces et hypermarché à moins de 10 minutes.

Good and Bad

Excellent location and the swimming pool and garden make this property. There are some discrepancies and misleading advertisement photo's of the property. Firstly the picture of the farmhouse gives the impression the rental is for the whole property, the accommodation is situated all on ground floor level, additionally there are cordoned off areas at the property, notably in the courtyard area which is shared with the owner's brother's property, which included a view of his old camouflaged van. The pool area is not in the grounds of the property, access is via two locked doors. Inside the property the beds/mattresses are old and require updating. Communication with Dominique throughout was good, however only in French even though it states that the host can communicate in French and English. We were asked if we had opted for the cleaning charge? We advised Dominique that we were not aware of any charge at our time of booking, we advised that we would leave the property as we found it. We had decided to leave the property a day early, due to the distance we had to travel, out of courtesy we notified Dominique asking where we should leave the property key, we received a rather curt response stating we could not leave until Dominique had inspected the property, Dominque later stated that she normally asks for a Deposit cheque and a cleaning cheque, which she states are both returned once she has inspected the property, again there is no mention of this in the advertisement or when booking. Having rented a number of properties through various sites over many years it is customary for owners to leave information at the property in relation to health and safety, doctors, hospitals etc, in essence a welcome pack or folder, there was no information and we sourced all information ourselves. Additionally there is no mention that there is a main rail line approximately 100 yards from the property which was in regular service both day and night.

Repos et détente

Anciens bâtiments de ferme très bien rénovés et agencés avec goût. Un jardin et une piscine très bien entretenus et des plus agréables pour se détendre et se rafraichir. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances, pour profiter des charmes de la région... Accueillis par des hôtes agréables et disponibles. Maison dans un village isolé, avec piscine et pool house, très agréable. Ancienne ferme reconvertie, chambres de taille moyenne. Cuisine équipée mais il faut porter des torchons.
