This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had an amazing visit to WCBC. Our group of 5 adults and 4 kids could not have had a better time. We rented a 2-bedroom and an additional studio and it was more than enough space for all of us. The property is incredible - amazing views, endless activities, super helpful staff. The shuttle service is also such a nice perk and perfect for when little legs need a break from walking. We will definitely return!

What a perfect experience! Room was extremely clean and we had one of the best family vacations ever! However, 1 yr old kept waking up at 3:15 on the dot every morning screaming. Very weird.

Good access to big cedar

The timeshare side is nice for a less expensive option to have access big cedar property. The building hallways and stairs were in need of cleaning. Your room won’t be ready until at least 4pm but they won’t tell you that until you’ve already waited 2 hours. The shuttles were pretty quick which makes it easier to get around.

Simple but Expensive

The room was clean. The only downside is you have to pay $10 to enter the park (that’s where they’ve placed every restaurant) just to grab a bite to eat. Also, be prepared to pay $15 to valet at a restaurant or wait for a shuttle at the park’s exit.

NEVER USE A CONDO MANAGED BY RESORT RENTAL PROS

We were notified at 11:00pm the night before we left that our reservation had been cancelled. I was already asleep and didn't listen to the voicemail from the unknown number until I was loading up the car to leave. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced in my life, and was actually hung up on (twice!) when I told them this was unacceptable. Please double check and make sure your rental is not being managed by RESORT RENTAL PROS, they are out of state and never even set foot on the property. I'm still working with VRBO to get back the rental charge for a place we never ended up staying at. This has been an absolute nightmare. VRBO resolution team is working with us, and we hope the outcome however slow, will give us the refund we deserve. Again, RESORT RENTAL PROS is absolute scam.

Lots of fun for the family

We had a blast. Be aware that lots of things are only open seasonally (lazy river memorial day through labor day) but the resort was still lovely with lots of other things to do.

Very clean. Very hard to use pool and hot tub, but this was due to COVID-19 measures.
