On ne nous dit pas tout !

La maison est très convenable mais placée au bord d'une route très fréquentée où les voitures se succèdent à grande vitesse. Impossible de profiter du jardin et de la terrasse à cause du bruit incessant.

Quelques améliorations à apporter

Le rez-de-chaussée est bien aménagé malgré sa petite surface. Au premier étage mansardé, la chambre est confortable mais n'offre pas de rangement suffisant pour les vêtements. Le plafond des WC est trop bas et la fenêtre n'a pas de volet ni de store occultant. La chambre sous les combles est trop petite pour être fonctionnelle et son accès depuis la première chambre est assez périlleux. Notre fils a dormi dans le salon. La salle de bain est spacieuse un rideau de douche serait le bienvenu. Ce logement est adapté pour deux personnes maximum au delà c'est compliqué. Petit désagrément, les containers de poubelles étaient pleins et nous avons été contraint de porter nos déchets dans des containers publics.

Maison correspondant parfaitement à l annonce. Propore et bien équipée. Séjour tout confort. Bon emplacement pour visiter Guerande/ La Baule et sa région.
