Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage in Feriensiedlung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer dicht bebauten Feriensiedlung. Rings herum entstehen weitere Appartementhäuser. Trotzdem ist die Lage ruhig. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und uns war es zu eng. Es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuräumen, insbesondere wenn im Wohnzimmer das Sofa als Bett genutzt werden muss. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr bequem und mit einer vollwertigen Matratze ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es ist nur nicht viel Platz. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber. Aufgrund des Gartens hatten wir etwas mit Insekten und Spinnen zu kämpfen. Es empfiehlt sich, die Türen und Fenster nach Möglichkeit geschlossen zu halten. Der sehr schöne Strand von Lozari ist fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings fehlt ein Fußweg, an der zum Teil stark befahrenen Strasse. Ein Supermarkt ist nur ca. 300m entfernt. Dort gibt es alles, allerdings sind die Preise aufgrund der Lage im Urlauberort vergleichsweise teuer.

Sehr schöne Woche!

Wir haben genau das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben. Eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt.

Perfekte sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben in der Unterkunft einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.!!! Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Photos geben einen guten Eindruck. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war problemlos und die Wegbeschreibung super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet und mit schöner Terrasse. Super ist auch die Klimaanlage, die sehr leise und trotzdem effizient ist. Nicht weit vom Meer und den schönen Stränden von Lozari (tolle Strandbars!) entfernt. Wir waren mit unserem 1-jährigen Kind unterwegs und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Top Ferienhaus mit allem was man sich wünscht

Ferienhaus ist zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Auch gibt es einen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit an die wir uns immer erinnern werden. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen bald wieder zu kommen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschiene, weiß braucht findet sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Zufuß ist man in 10 Minuten bei einem Supermarkt und in 15 Minuten an dem wunderschönen Strand von Lozari. Wir können den Bungalow nur weiterempfehlen!!

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub mit 3 Kindern (zwischen 6 und 10 Jahren) sehr genossen. Der Bungalow ist recht neu, sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage sorgt dafür, daß es drinnen sehr angenehm ist. Auf der Terasse konnten wir sehr schön unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Der Garten bietet genug Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen und Toben. Der Bungalow ist super gelegen. Man kann gut zu Fuß zum Spar oder zu der sehr guten Boulangerie laufen. Auch der tolle Strand ist nicht weit weg. Wir sind aber wegen der vielen Klamotten immer kurz mit dem Wagen gefahren. Nach dem Kreisverkehr in Lozari in Richtung L'Ile Rousse kommt nach wenigen Metern auf der linken Seite ein toller Obststand. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles bestens!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!!

Location vraiment très bien, emplacement proche de la plage, bien situé, proche de Ile Rousse, Saint Florent et Calvi Maison vraiment au calme, tout le confort nécessaire aussi bien intérieurs que extérieur Je reviendrai sans hésiter !!!!

Una bella esperienza!

La proprietaria è simpatica, discreta e disponibile. L'appartamento è davvero carino, semplice ma ben arredato, spazioso, funzionale, ha tutto il necessario ed anche un po' di più. Ben equipaggiato per la cucina, provvisto di aria condizionata, wi-fi, biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, c'erano anche sapone liquido e tavolette per lavastoviglie! Ottima la pulizia e la luminosità. Lo spazio all'aperto è ampio ed attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, ombrellone, sul retro posto auto. A due passi da un piccolo centro commerciale con supermercato, alcuni negozi e ristorazione. La spiaggia più vicina è facilmente accessibile, adatta a tutti. Con la macchina si possono tranquillamente raggiungere diverse altre spiagge. Un'ottima esperienza.

Très agréable séjour à Lozari

Très belle location à proximité des belles plages de Lozari et d'Ostriconi. La maison est très agréable, bien décorée et dispose de toutes les commodités souhaitées. La propriétaire est très accueillante et aidante. Emplacement idéal au calme sur la commune de Lozari mais également très proche de l'Ile Rousse que nous avons apprécié pour son ambiance nocturne. A recommander !

Bonne location

Location toute neuve et conforme au descriptif. Espace de vie, chambres et salles de bains agréable. Climatisation dans toute les pièces. C'est un logement agréable et situé à proximité de la plage du Lozari. L'île rousse est également tout près. Il y a également à 5 mn à pied toutes les commodités (boulangerie, SPAR, restaurants...). La personne qui nous a accueilli est agréable, à l'écoute et respectueuse des horaires. Le quartier est en pleine évolution et toutes les constructions devraient être terminées en été 2022 ce qui rendra l'environnement encore plus agréable.
