Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus

Großzügiges altes Bauernhaus mit viel Platz, gut eingerichteter Küche, schönem offenen Kamin und Garten. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Wir waren mit drei Personen und Hund vor Ort. Bei guter Kommunikation vor der Reise wurden wir auch vor Ort von der Vermieterin Mme. Nicod herzlich empfangen. Coucy-le-Chateau liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge in die Picardie und auch der Ort selbst ist sehenswert. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Mme Nicod.

Beautiful French property

We had a wonderful week in the property. It was very well equipped and very easy to navigate. It is nestled at the end of a quiet lane but only a few minutes walk into the village. We would definitely return.

An amazing holiday

We had a great time in coucy-le-château-auffrique. The house is tranquil and comfortable. Françoise is a great host who is always available for questions. 11/10 would recommend!

Un petit paradis

Si vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis, la maison de Françoise à Coucy-le-Château-Auffrique est faite pour vous. Elle est absolument extraordinaire. Aménagée avec tant d'amour et superbement équipée, surtout la cuisine. On se sent très bien accueilli et tout de suite à l'aise. Le jardin enchanté est un rêve ; c'est comme si on le lisait dans les livres. Comme il y a des meubles de jardin très confortables et que le temps était de la partie, nous avons pu passer trois jours dans le jardin - c'est magnifique ! La maison et le jardin sont au bout du village, on n'entend rien d'autre que le chant des oiseaux et le bruissement des arbres. L'endroit n'est pas très grand, mais il est très beau en haut. Il y a deux restaurants à pied et un petit Carrefour en bas. Dans les environs, on peut faire de très belles excursions, par exemple à Reims, Soissons ou au magnifique Château de Compiègne. Nous sommes partis avec un grand chien et nous n'avons eu que de bonnes expériences. Il a pu aller partout dans tous les restaurants et a été chaleureusement accueilli. Nous avons également trouvé les habitants de la région très chaleureux. La cerise sur le gâteau, c'est la communication avec Françoise. Elle communique si chaleureusement et répond toujours rapidement, on est très bien accompagné par elle. C'est comme ça que les vacances sont agréables ! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons certainement ! Angela, Uwe & Henry

perfect verblijf tijdens jaarwisseling

Een sfeervol huis in een zeer rustige landelijke omgeving. Wandelen kan direct vanuit het huis, het bos in of in de richting van het chateau. Grotere steden om te bezoeken zijn op prima afstand. In het huis zijn goede voorzieningen. De keuken is uitermate geschikt om heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden. De woonkamer sfeervol ingericht. Alle slaapplekken zijn goed op orde. Wij verbleven hier met 4 volwassenen en 2 honden, ik kan het u aanbevelen.

Excellent Week in Coucy-Le-Chateau-Auffrique

A wonderful week in a lovely property within walking distance of this historic village. Plenty of space and easy to travel to surrounding places such as Laon, an old town twinned with Winchester and interesting places such as the Fort du Conde which we found by accident, but well worth a trip

Un merveilleux moment en famille

Nous nous sommes retrouvés le temps d un weekend prolongé dans cette très jolie et grande maison de famille, à la décoration soignée tout en restant authentique. Un joli village, du calme et un temps splendide, que demander de plus!

Erholung pur in liebevoll eingerichtetem, traumhaften Haus

Wir waren mit einer 5-köpfigen Familien und zwei Hunden für eine Woche zu Gast bei Francoise in Coucy. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer kaum befahrenen Sackgasse sehr ruhig. Seitlich ist der Garten mit einer hohen, alten Steinmauer abgegrenzt, nach hinten fällt das Gelände recht steil ab und ist durch angrenzende Bäume und Sträucher abgegrenzt – diese bieten im Garten selbst natürlichen und angenehmen Schatten. Mit den Hunden kann man direkt einen Feldweg entlang spazieren und durchaus schöne Runden laufen. Die Burg und die unmittelbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig problemlos erreichbar – für den kleinen Supermarkt muss man hinter der Burg den Hang herunter (also besser Auto). Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein altes Haus, welches jedoch gut restauriert ist ohne den ursprünglichen Charme zu verlieren. Es ist sehr liebevoll, wertig und (für unseren Geschmack) sehr reizvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt. Neben einem Kamin im Wohnzimmer muss man auf keine Annehmlichkeiten verzichten. Es gibt einen Internetfähigen Fernseher, WLan und eine unglaublich gut eingerichtete Küche. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wünschen einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Perfekter Osterurlaub

Mit der ganzen Familie haben wir die beiden Wochen vor Ostern in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Mit seinem ebenso schönen Garten liegt es sehr ruhig am Orts- und Waldrand, verfügt über viel Platz und eine großzügige Raumaufteilung, ist sehr gut ausgestattet (besonders die Küche!) und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns, auch dank des herzlichen Empfangs durch Françoise, hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Coucy-le-Château eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt insbesondere für die Besichtigung der gotischen Kathedralen der Region: Laon, Noyon, Soissons und Saint-Quentin befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung; Amiens, Beauvais, Senlis und Reims sind innerhalb von 1,5h mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Agréable maison au calme

Une belle maison très très bien équipée où on se sent chez soi ! Un vrai havre de paix dans un endroit sympathique avec de belles balades et un Village très joli. Vacances d'automne

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , la maison est idéale pour des vacances d'automne, avec tout le confort.La campagne environnante est très belle, et la proximité du logement avec le bois, nous a permis de savourer les joies d'une vraie maison de campagne. a good place for a good stay. lots to do in the surroundings of coucy. the house felt for us at home, like it was our own, enough space, everything you need in a kitchen, comfortable places to sit, quiet, we liked the interieur although thats a matter of taste but for us it was just perfect. a great host. very nice garden. lots of trees, just the way i like. we had a few very nice days over there!!
