Lovely and romantic

Simply a great location, beautiful and romantic place and the apartment is trully amazing. Luxurious with tasteful interior design and nice arrangement. Beach is 1-2 minutes away and the views are breath-taking.

Beautiful Apartment

We spent 4 nights in this apartment. It is wonderfully renovated, well equipped, spotlessly clean and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the property manager was amazing. We would not hesitate to return

très bien meublé et équipé avec une jolie petite terrasse avec vue sur mer. Dommage qu’il soit juste en face de la gare, la chambre à coucher donne dessus. le cabinet médical à l’étage en dessous et juste sous l’appartement draine du monde du matin au soir. Comme c’est mal insonorisé on entend tout. Pour nous ces 2 points ont été rédhibitoires malgré l’état général de l’appartement qui est super.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartment in Stadtlage

Toll eingerichtetes Appartement ca. 100 Meter von der Fußgängerzone und ca.150 Meter vom weitläufigen Strand entfernt. San Vincenzo ist ein schöner kleiner Strandort. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto auch die schöne Baratti-Badebucht. WiFi top. Parkplatz in naheliegender Tiefgarage notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne.

Awesome! love it

House was set in a perfect location, all of the pictures depicting this house were accurate. It was easy to access to the main town center by walking A very nice touch! The size of this apartment is very good with more than enough doors to open for the nice breezes all day long. The washer and dryer were fantastic for people who have been traveling for weeks. The beds were comfortable with 2 king size and two rooms with two singles each. But the size of the kitchen was huge! Perfect for making meals with everyone helping and not being in the way. We most certainly will come back to stay

tres bel appartement au sein de san vincenzo

Nous avons loué l' appartement début août 2016. accueil très chaleureux d ellettra, la propriétaire. l 'appartement se trouve dans un petit immeuble de 3 étages , il est très joliment meublé, très bien équipé telle que l'annonce le décrit. il se situe vraiment à quelques mètres du centre ville et du port mais également face à la gare; les trains sont nombreux la journée, un peu moins la nuit. mais impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. le balcon est un vrai plus. le parking payant est un avantage dans cette ville . Seul bémol, le coût du ménage obligatoire de 80€. ainsi que le wifi quasiment impossible de s'y connecter. ellettra nous a conseillé et réservé une table à "la perla del mare" excellent resto dont nous gardons un très bon souvenir.

Wunderschönes Stadtapartment

Durch die liebevolle und hochwertige Einrichtung fühlt man sich wie in einem Landhaus. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir konnten unsere Urlaubstage absolut genießen. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht den Stadtstrand gut zu Fuß, aber auch die angrenzenden Strände sind schnell erreicht. Trotzdem ist man 2x um die Ecke schon an der Fußgängerzone, also auch schnell bei den Restaurants und dem Nachtleben von San Vincenzo. Wir wurden absolut warm empfangen, und das, obwohl wir wirklich mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Dafür noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war die bereitstehende Tiefgarage genial, allerdings auch notwendig. Die Zeit war leider viel zu schnell um, wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder.

OTTIMA SOLUZIONE ABITATIVA

Avevo bisogno di un appartamento per le vacanze; comodo al mare e nello stesso tempo alle caratteristiche della città, e questo alloggio si è prestato alle mie esigenze. Pulito, spazioso, moderno e accogliente. A due passi dal mare e vicinissimo alla zona pedonale del centro dove poter trascorrere tranquille serate. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria sig.ra Elettra. Dotato di terrazza ben protetta permette a chi la usa di estendere lo spazio abitativo. Comodo anche alla stazione dei treni per chi ne avesse la necessità.!! Da consigliare

Wunderschönes Apartment in guter Lage

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft in allen Punkten zu. Die Wohnung ist stilsicher und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Elektrogeräte waren neuwertig und funktionstüchtig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und wir konnten uns auf Englisch gut verständigen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und wären sehr gern länger geblieben.

Excellent boutique appartment

Amazed by this boutique-apartment. It a nice and in the centre, with 1 kingsize bedroom and an other bedroom with ha sofa bed. It has sea view and it is 1 minute walking from the beach.
