Villa with swimming pool, sea view and ibiza immersed in the quiet of a pine forest. 5000sqm land.
The house consists of a central body consisting of: living room with fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a service one, a kitchen. Two porches, one at the entrance of the house with dining table for 8, armchairs and hammock, the second overlooking the pool and the sea, also equipped with a table for 8 and armchairs for relaxing.
The annex adjacent to the central house consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a small lounge with a private porch.
The house is also equipped with an outdoor shower, sauna and everything you need for small children: cot / crib / high chair.

Perfect Late-Summer-Chill Out
We had a very relaxing stay in the beautiful villa. All our expectations were fully met. In addition to the great view, the tranquility and the spacious pool, the great kitchen made it a delicious stay... :-) Many thanks again to Thomas for the uncomplicated and courteous communication!

Summer break
We had a great time at this villa. The property is well located with fantastic views towards Ibiza. It is well maintained, clean and has everything you might need kitchen and other utensils. We didn’t realise until arriving that one bedroom is a self contained apartment attached to the main house but with separate entrance. Not an issue though as one of our kids slept on the sofa. Highly recommended.

Casa com uma bela piscina.
A parte externa é bem boa, linda piscina. Ficaram faltando as cortinas no terraço, e um guarda sol, que apareciam nas fotos da casa. Acho também que o proprietário deveria deixar pelo menos mais uma muda de roupa de cama e banho, pois só as de uso, podem não ser suficientes. Ficamos na casa de fora, confortável, mas o chuveiro era terrível, só saiam uns fios de agua. Lavar a cabeça era um suplicio. Quanto á parte da cozinha, achei muito bem equipada, com tudo de necessário . A sala era bem arrumada, a única coisa é que não conseguimos ligar a TV. A casa fica em um lugar bem escondido, difícil para quem não conhece, acesso complicado, mas isto é Formentera.

Beautiful home, great view, wonderful time.
The villa was everything that we thought it would be from the pictures. The owners were very helpful with minor questions. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the pool is very large with great chairs. We dined outdoors everyday. The kitchen is well appointed and all of the beds are comfortable. We would definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

A lovely place to stay
We stayed here for 4 days in October and it was wonderful. We rented scooters for our stay and the first ride up to the house was a little hair raising but once we got used to it, it was no problem. The house is very pleasant, well equipped and the views are spectacular! Very quiet and secluded. Would stay there again if we ever return. It is very close to some great restaurants and we were even able to get back to the house at night on the scooters without getting too lost ; ). Highly recommend.
