The Perfect “Five”

Exactly as described by VRBO. The host was amazing and very attentive to our needs. The property was centrally located for us and close to downtown Palm Springs. The pools were not everywhere, heated along with hot tubs and complete with lounge chairs and tables. We loved it.

Fantastic place

We stayed at your beautiful place for two weeks in October 2022 and it was perfect. Jan the property manager was great to deal with and we enjoyed meeting her. We would definitely stay here again for much longer next time. Thank you so much for everything.

A Perfect Desert Oasis

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! Near airport, shopping, dining and beautiful vistas! House was super comfortable and the wonderful view on the back patio was a perfect ending to each evening. I loved relaxing in the nearby pool and hot tub. So quiet and serene! Kevin and Jan were very hospitable and great communicators with accessing the property and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great place and location!

We had such a great time at this beautiful home. We found it to be simply, and perfectly, designed. Comfortable and roomy couches, open floor plan with large island, great patio set, and plenty of room for my family that includes 2 teens (the 2 double beds in the guest room worked so much better than twins). This has clearly been updated recently and was done well. I would absolutely stay here again (and hope to). Jan was a delight to work with and quick to respond.

Wow!

Probably our 10th time doing a house vacation rental and this rates up there as one of the best! Everything you could ask for and house is fully stocked. The picture of what I call the "Great Room"....doesn't really do the area justice. It's a huge, beautiful area and the doors and windows bring in an unbelievable amount of light. We keep shades up the whole trip because the view onto the patio and golf course is magical. Speaking of patio......there are wonderful, soft chairs and love seats....and a great gas fireplace. It's fun just sitting there watching the golfers tee off on the par-3 hole. We learned having an east-facing rental is the BEST! View of sunrise over the mountains....sun in the afternoon....and after 3:00-ish, you're in the shade which brings you wonderful breezes as you chill out to end your day. Master bedroom and bathroom is outstanding. The property fails to mention that there are 36 swimming pools....and 4 within a short walking distance! Kevin and Jan are the BEST to work with as hosts. I made a major mistake in timing our arrival here and Kevin was able to fix that within a couple of hours! The only warning to those lucky enough to stay here: It IS the desert and whether you have doors/windows open or not, dust and soot will creep in. We bought a swifter for our long stay cuz we had to do the floors every other day....or just wear black socks around the house :). Will definitely come back! Thanks Kevin & Jan!

Desert oasis

The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools, pots and pans, etc. The outdoor space was comfortable and overlooked the pond on the course. We enjoyed this rental very much and will be back.

Monterey CC rental

We had a great stay. The toilet backed up but was taken care of immediately. Not crazy about the silverware and there weren’t a lot of serving bowls but that’s pretty minor. Everything else was great. It would’ve been nice if they had a fence around the patio area though. Would definitely stay there again

Great place to stay

The place was well equipped, and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. We’ve really enjoyed this quiet and beautiful community. We thought that property owners and short term residents could at lease pay and use the driving range. It’s a bummer that both the courses and the driving range are reserved for club members only. It would be good to make it clear in the Property Description. Despite that, we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space.
