Lovely, quiet rural location

The property was spacious and well equipped. The upstairs layout is a little quirky and perhaps better suited to families as some bedrooms are accessed through another. We enjoyed the pool area, table tennis and outside eating area and the views are great. Romans has plenty of big supermarkets and is about 15 mins away. Good communication from the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Droomhuis

Ruim huis, genoeg plaats. Activiteiten genoeg van het huis: pingpong, biljart, betanque, schommel,... Zeer mooie ligging, het zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Fijn dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en dat je direct geïnstalleerd bent. Mooie wandelroutes en fietsroutes. Wijnstreek, zeer veel wijnhuizen in een straal van +/- 15min rijden. Valence en Tourlon sûr Rhône zijn aanraders om naartoe te gaan. Rekening houdende dat op zon- en maandagen alles dicht is, dus best andere dag naar daar gaan. Voor de rest kan ik het aanraden voor iedereen, zowel groot als klein. Wij hebben een zeer fijne vakantie gehad. Bedankt voor alles!

Très bien

Accueil du propriétaire très bien. Propriété. vraiment très agréable, spacieuse et au calme.. Piscine au top. Possibilité de manger dehors à l'abri en cas de pluie. Lieu à l'abri avec table de ping pong. Seul bémol les chambres qui communiquent entre elles.

Een prachtige vakantie

We waren met 14 : 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (Van 1tot 7 jaar). Met het extreem warme weer was het zwembad de verzamelplaats. Toch was er ook tijd voor een aantal uitstappen met wandelingen in de schaduw. “Le Chatelas” is een zeer kindvriendelijk huis. Qua inboedel is alles aanwezig voor zo’n grote groep. Aangenaam is het om toe te komen in een vakantiehuis waar de bedden reeds zijn opgemaakt. Zeer aangenaam contact met de eigenaar bij aankomst en vertrek. Samengevat : een super aangename vakantie, waaraan iedereen de beste herinneringen zal overhouden.

Lieu de séjour idéal pour des vacances familiales

Nous étions une famille de 13 personnes : 3 générations dont 5 enfants de 3 à 10 ans. Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces de la maison et son aménagement, la grande terrasse extérieure, la piscine (en ce temps de canicule) et toute la panoplie de jeux. Excellent séjour, prestations de haute qualité, calme,très bien équipé, adapté à tous les âges

Nous avons vécu une très bonne semaine dans cette maison spacieuse très bien prévue pour notre famille de 3 générations, tant au niveau des sanitaires que des couchages et de l'équipement.Piscine, pétanque, ping-pong, balançoire, billard, baby-foot ont été très appréciés. Beaucoup de sorties et visites peuvent se faire sans s'éloigner beaucoup. Accueil très chaleureux et bon contact avec le propriétaire. Maison à recommander pour dépaysement et repos.

Paradis pour les enfants

Maison vaste, très propre bien équipée y compris en activité pour les enfants. Piscine couverte, idéal par tous les temps. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La région offre de nombreux divertissements pour tous les âges.

Une belle maison

Une propriété sympathique, offrant de belles prestations, rénovée avec goût. Une super piscine et terrain de pétanque. Néanmoins des petits points d’ajustements nécessaires. Préciser sur l’annonce la mitoyenneté de la location avec une location dans la cours et une au dos de la maison. Préciser qu’un chien peut être présent. Insonorisation de la maison, les planchers craquent. Les horaires d’arrivée et de départ un peu trop contraignante. Le forfait ménage est excessif.

Super séjour

Nous avons séjourné à 12 , amis et famille. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances : la location est très agréable, la piscine est au top ! Très pratique pour les enfants qui restent à portée de vue. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et à l écoute. Merci à lui pour son accueil. Le cadre est magnifique et il y a plein d activités à faire à proximité.

Au calme et détente avec une super piscine

Malgré la pluie nous avons pu profiter de la piscine couverte. Le logement est grand, spacieux et fonctionnel. Idéal pour s'isoler un peu tout en profitant des randos et des nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours. Pascal est agréable et réactif ! Nous avons eu un problème de fosse sceptique qui a été réglé au plus vite sans perturber notre séjour. Je recommande vivement
