Beach House 304A is a third-floor condo equipped with everything you and your family or friends could need to experience a sunny escape out of this world. This beautifully upgraded getaway has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and granite countertops, nice backed bar stools, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has warm cherry and tropical furnishings and a double sofa bed. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV if you're in need of a relaxing afternoon or head over to the balcony with a refreshing and cold beverage in hand to take in the views and admire the scenery. The shared outdoor pool is a great perk you and your friends will have access to if you find the beach too crowded for your liking.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Great visit to Mirimar Beach Fl

My husband and I had a great stay at this location. No issues checking in. Everything was just as described. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The master bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. It appears there is a newer sofa and loveseat than what is in the pictures. My only couple of suggestions are to add an oscillating fan to each bedroom. It got a little stuffy at night. A cookie sheet or pizza pan would be a nice addition as well. We had leftover pizza we wanted to heat up in the oven, but there wasn’t anything for us to use… not a deal breaker, we used the microwave instead. We loved Mirimar Beach/Destin area.

Great Labor Day stay

Great room with a great view. Just steps away from the beach. Nice area and room itself was clean. Master bedroom could use a ceiling fan as it stayed warmer than the other rooms but overall a great stay.

Disappointing.

We've been staying at the Beach House for probably 20 years and have never had such a disappointing stay. The couch and the love seat both had multiple stains and looked very dirty. The shower curtain in the master bath had pink and black mold on it. It should be replaced. The oven and stove light did not work. The construction workers power washed floors and stairs day after day, which caused dripping water to splash on us as we tried to go to the beach or out to lunch, etc. The elevator was being worked on but no notice to those on the upper floors. Day after day we heard scraping, power washing, hammering, etc.

Pleasent Oasis

This place was lovely. The view is breath taking. It is very spacious and updated. The location was very convenient. Less than a five minute walk from all the action on scenic hwy, stores, shop, and attractions. The complex is nicely laid out and quiet at the time we went despite the construction and holiday weekend. I recommend staying here. It was worth it.

Great Spring Break

This location was perfect. The condo was good, and we were able to fix meals and enjoy the balcony. The view is top notch! The beds were comfy, the sofa's are white and could use a good cleaning but other than that, our stay was great. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful family vacation

In Need of Deep Clean and Updates

Location , location, location. You simply can't beat being directly on the beach, with a great view, and the beach service is great especially if you have small kids. We have stayed at this complex before, but in a different unit. The complex is dated, however each unit is very different. I would not stay in this unit again. It wasn't out right dirty, but it was dated, with clear stains on the couch, and items in the kitchen could desperately need a deep clean. If are updated and cleaner units available, take them over this one. Yes, the location is great, and complex is good. This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean and updates. The beds and couch are not comfortable, and everything is much older and worn than appears in the picture. I did report to mgmt my thoughts on this as well. Hopefully someone gives this unit a much needed update and deep clean.

Great location, needs improvements

Pros: loved the location. Close to everything. Only one row of chairs on private beach, so it wasn’t crowded at all. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, etc). View was beautiful. Cons: needs more attention to cleaning (orange mildew on shower curtains, black mildew on ring of washing machine, cabinet doors and appliance handles hadn’t been wiped down in a while, mildew in the showers and grout on floor by master shower, etc). The king mattress was not comfortable, it was hard as a rock. The outdoor dining set was very worn and needs to be replaced. The dining table inside was extremely wobbly. Several outlets in the unit were not working and need to be replaced. The vertical blinds on the sliding doors had several slats that were broken or missing. Overall, love the location and the private beach. Would probably choose a different unit to rent next time.

Lovely!

This is our favorite building/condo complex to stay in in the Destin/Sandestin area! Comes with beach chairs, and the condos are clean with beautiful views. This particular unit did not disappoint!

Great spot

The view was great and the pool was clean. The row of pay-per-day umbrellas blocking the entire beach front was unfortunate. Otherwise, it wasn’t too crowded. Don’t forget your wrist band. I don’t know how many times we got asked for ours.

Beautiful ocean view

I loved the gulf view! It was immaculate. The ocean was so close. The room was nice; however the cleaning crew was not on their game. It looked looked like they were in the middle of cleaning and just stopped. A big chest and night stand was pulled out from the all revealing dirt. A bunch of hair was on the bathroom floor. The couch cushions were off of one couch and thrown on the other and the bathroom drain was slightly clogged. They did offer to send a cleaning crew the next day; however , we had already straightened it back up. That was my only complaint.

Well equipped and clean.

Obviously we love our view!! The condo was equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable for the long term. Everything was clean when we arrived and we appreciated the small and large appliances available for our use. We are looking forward to returning next year.
