Crystal River Relaxation 3/2 home

Newly remodeled, spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, max. Three queen beds, twin trundle, twin convertible sleeper chair, with highchair and pack and play for your little ones! Come enjoy the fun and sun in this lovely home. Close to Three Sisters Spring, King Spring and Hunter Springs. Home has water access to Kings Bay via use of community seawall. Convenient kayak and paddle board launch site at the community seawall. Plenty of boat/trailer parking on site. Community dock allows overnight boat parking, as space allows. Nearest boat ramp is at Plantation Resort, 1/4 mile away. Public boat ramp is 5 miles away, on Fort Island Trail - charges to launch and load do apply, whether you park at the ramp or not.

This home is equipped with all of the essentials, including a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and charcoal grill. There are kayaks and a paddle board on site for your use throughout your stay.

Crystal River is well known to manatee enthusiasts as a hotspot throughout the entire year. Kings Bay is a haven for the manatees seeking refuge from the cooler Gulf of Mexico temperatures. The peak season for manatee encounters in Crystal River is during the winter months, from November through March, but rest assured, manatee can be spotted year-round throughout Kings Bay.

Best Christmas together

We stayed over Christmas week. The house was plenty big enough for all 7 of us. Completely stocked with just about ANYTHING you would need. Decorated and updated perfectly. The back yard and privacy was perfect. They boys had plenty of room to throw a football and the gazebo was the best place to have my coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay here again. They even had a tree up for our stay. Top notch.

We came down to scallop... was clean and just enough room for all of us to stay... boat parking was available and it was perfect location to the boat launch!!! Thanks we would stay again!!

Loved this house

Very clean updated home with lots of variety for entertainment. Kayaks were a plus and we loved the fire pit each night. Very short walk to the water, great location for all the springs/communities.

The rental was well stocked and clean. Our family had a great time, the kids enjoyed the toys and outdoor areas (except the mosquitoes!). Would be nice if it was a screened in porch. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. It was a perfect weekend scalloping trip for us!!! Thank you!

Relaxing and peaceful getaway!

The house is extremely clean and very spacious. It’s even better than the pictures! Lots of extras such as games, cornhole board, and a fire pit. We loved the amazing outdoor patio and the hammocks! The only negative was there is no WiFi or cable so the kids were unable to watch TV or use phones/tablets very much because the phone reception is poor. I didn’t mind the disconnect at all! We will definitely stay again!
