About this property

Island's End is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs & downstairs condo (right side of a duplex) in beautiful Holgate on Long Beach Island. Here you will find yourself in a quieter part of the island, but just steps from Bowker's Deli and their famous crumb cake, a mile to The Boardwalk with their gourmet milkshakes and family-sized sundaes, and just two miles to the heart of Beach Haven. But the best part is truly the short walk past three houses to the gorgeous beach and ocean! Or, you can take a short walk the other way down our street to the beautiful bay beach with playground, tennis court and small basketball court.

On the first floor you will find a living room with sectional sofa and TV, dining room with seating for 6, and kitchen with every amenity you need for your vacation (including a regular coffee maker as well as a new Keurig).

Exit the sliding doors to the deck where you will find a dining table with umbrella, and an oversized Connect 4 game. There is also a grill in great condition. Relax on the deck while listening to the waves crash on the shore.

Just off the deck there is also a private outdoor shower.

Upstairs, our condo includes:
Main bedroom with queen size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet, and peekaboo views of the ocean.

The second bedroom sleeps up to 6 with a pair of twin over full bunk beds. There is also a dresser, closet and windows on each wall for a wonderful cross breeze.

Full newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower.

Our home provides 2 off street parking spots, and 4 beach tags. In our storage area you will find beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for your use as well. Saturday to Saturday rentals in. Due to the rules of our condo building, we apologize but no pets are permitted.

Our favorite time of year

This is our second year staying here and we are already looking forward to year number three. The location on the island is top notch with being so close to the beach or the bay access with a little park for the kids to play at.

Great place to stay!

Condo was fantastic, couldn’t ask for a better location! Condo was as described and worked well for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive to emails and questions. Condo is very clean and they provided beach chairs and other beach toys. Neighbors were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

Perfect location to beach and bay! We LOVE Holgate but very convenient to Beach Haven as well. Condo was clean and comfortable! Correspondence with Adriane was easy and she was always quick to respond. Relaxing stay in a beautiful area and homey feel!

Adorable little condo

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this convenient, updated, comfortable home at the beach. Everything was as expected and more! The bikes were an extra and fun bonus! We took our kayaks out down the street at the beach on the bay. It was lovely and super convenient for us to launch. We’d love to return again! Fabulous beach home!

Perfect family get away!

Perfect spot for families with small children. My boys were entertained the entire time, thanks to toys throughout rental. Perfect location, 2 min walk to the beach. Very clean! We’ll be back!

Happy in Holgate

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Adriane was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t need to bring sheets which was appreciated. The house was perfect for our family of four and can easily sleep 6. We brought our own bikes and kept them in the unit’s storage area. The beach is so close which we loved. We enjoyed staying in Holgate and being so close to Beach Haven for shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing week at the beach don’t hesitate to stay here!

Would DEFINITELY Stay Again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Adriane checked in to make sure we made it into the property okay and had everything we needed. I messaged her during the stay with a few questions and I quickly received the responses. The property was immaculate and had everything as listed. So close to the ocean - It was wonderful! On the day we were to check out, my husband had a medical emergency and Adriane checked in a few times to make sure all was well (Thankfully it is). If we visit the island again, we will definitely book this property agains!

Perfect Stay in Holgate, LBI

My stay at Adriane's Holgate home was wonderful and I cannot recommend it enough! The house is lovely, well-decorated, and has nice modern touches. The location is perfect - just a few steps away to the beach AND the bay, and the neighborhood is quiet. Adriane was extremely accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. I would return to stay here in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay

Adriane and Brian were fantastic and made the rental process so easy. Very easy to communicate with and the house was in amazing condition. Incredibly clean, great spot, near beach and bay and very close to heart of LBI. I would stay here every year and be very happy about it. My wife, 3 young kids and I all had a wonderful time and couldn’t recommend this property or owners more. We are grateful that they provided a home to us that gave us great vacation and great memories.

Our favorite place!

This is our second year staying at this property but our first under the new owner. We had a wonderful stay! The property is clean and bright and feels like home. Our kids love the bunk beds and the room is prefect for them. They also loved the big Connect Four game on the deck! Adriane is a wonderful owner and it was easy to communicate with her. She even left us a gift certificate for ice cream! It’s so close to the beach which is great. The property is also close to the bay beach and playground. All in all we had a great stay and look forward to staying here next year!
