Come and recharge your batteries in this little maritime cocoon! composed of a main room / living room with sofa bed, TV corner, an equipped kitchen, hot plate, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge freezer. A bathroom, shower, sink, toilet. Cabin with convertible sofa for 2 people, Loggia overlooking the Marina and the boats, equipped with garden furniture - private parking at the residence. swimming pool in condominium open in season from June to September.
There is a caretaker at the residence.
Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towel: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
Rental WIFI BOX: 39 € / week
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and will be made imperatively before your arrival (no cash or check).
