The second bedroom, located on the opposite side of the unit for privacy, offers 2 twin beds and a bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo. The living area features a full equipped kitchen, eating area and living room. There is tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit is equipped with cable, High speed internet, local phone, and 3 TVs.

Harbor Towers has a large lobby as well as spacious common areas and corridors. It is comprised of full time residents, seasonal owner/vacationers as well as visitors who rent for shorter terms. It is directly located on the Gulf Coast Intracoastal Waterway and is a short walk or drive (0.3 miles) from public access at Siesta Beach, ranked the #1 beach in the USA in 2017.

Kitchen and MB need updating but clean. Nice view but sliding lanai doors hard to operate. Old plant left on floor and toilet was loose and required plumber. No water or water heater, etc was turned on in prep for visitors. Comfortable furnishings and nice TV.
