Pierview offers an exciting retreat and fun filled vacation for the entire family just opposite the ocean. Located across the street from the Surfside Fishing Pier and within walking distance to local restaurants, an ice cream parlor and arcade. Whether you are at the beach or relaxing at your private pool you will enjoy all the amenities this 5 bedroom beach house offers. There are two large decks with exceptional views of the Ocean and Surfside Fishing Pier. There are 6 TV's in this beach home. The pool has lounge chairs, an enclosed outside shower, and a barbecue area with a grill, firepit, and picnic table. It is a short stroll to 4 great restaurants as well as an ice cream. Your family will truly delight in the bright and lively decor with its ceramic floors and fully accessorized kitchen.

Pierview offers a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two full size beds in the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms.

Linen Rentals are available (different packages available to rent) or you can bring your own linens. There are pillows and comforters/spreads on all the beds.

Pool Heat available ($250.00). Please note that pool heat is optional. If you choose to purchase pool heat a notice of at least 48 hours must be given to ensure pool has enough time to heat up prior to your arrival.

During the Summer Season June-September) a weekly rental is required.

First anniversary of my 69th birthday

Celebrating birthdays with sons DIL and grandchildren. Location was a short walk to beach access. Pool was great for afternoon relaxation. Had a couple of issues but Lisa responded quickly and they were handled We thoroughly enjoyed our week

Fantastic Location

This is truly a great house to stay at and I highly recommend it. There is a beautiful view of the ocean when looking out the back of the house where the deck and pool are, and it’s next to several restaurants. My husband and I stayed there with extended family that included a 1 and 2 year old. They have a baby gate upstairs where the bedrooms are and on the deck going down to the pool so we really loved that. There are only two areas I would love to see improved. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the sofa on the main level is very well loved and it doesn’t have anymore support to it. Other than that, this is a great place! I did reach out to the rental agency and they were very accommodating every time and very friendly. I plan on renting it again in the future.

Worse place we have stayed at the beach

The lady I booked through was kind enough to let my policeman son bring their dogs over to visit as long as we kept them outside at pool and we did just that ! But the other people at the rental place lied to her and tried to cause trouble when we knew the arrangements we made with her and we honored them ! But the place was not very clean it ended up being our worse trip by the time the pool heated up it was the night before we left so we never got to play in it at all and didn’t get our money back ! I was just very disappointed 😔 with the whole place !!

Perfect Location

Would definitely stay here again. Location was so much better than I expected. Food, beach and night life are all just minutes away (walking). Pool was amazing, but the pool people could have done a better job keeping it clean. They were supposed to come 3 days and didn’t, but property manager was quick to take care of it. Kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn’t cook much….mostly just breakfast. We had a great time here 🙂

We loved the rental, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great. The only suggestions I have are the need for better mattresses, they were very hard on the backs. Also better living room furniture. The couch and chairs are worn out and need replaced.

Great vacation!

Small improvement suggestions to make property more appealing. Small trash cans in each room. More mirrors, at least one full length, maybe in hall. New handle on outside of sliding glass door first floor, very hard to open. More towel racks in bathrooms. More working outlets in bathrooms. Working light over stove. Repair dresser in downstairs bedroom.

Perfect location

Pierview is the perfect location for amazing views of the ocean. It is a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants. It was great for my family vacation!

Perfect for family or group of friends

This house is super close to several restaurants and within a block of some fun but chill night life. The walk to the beach is even closer than the picture appears. The pool was lovely and the property manager was very responsive. The porches are great for people watching and getting a little bit of shade from the sun. There are plenty of beds and and bathrooms for 2 families or a group of friends. We would love to stay here again!

Great rental home

Great home with plenty of beds and only a short walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants close by and very convenient to everything. Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet only 15 minutes away. Pool was also great for kids

Nice family vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The private pool was nice and just the right size for the kids. Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. A few updates are needed for this property. The washing machine didn't work properly. It would start over after a full cycle, so you would have to catch it after it spins out to avoid rewashing. We weren't a fan of the carpet upstairs. Needs a good cleaning. Overall, we were happy with our experience.

Great Property Overall

The location of the house is right in the middle of everything in Surfside. Neal and Pam's is right next door. They are open from 7am-1am every day. They have good food and their nightlife is hoppin'. So expect to hear music, cars, motorcycles, people laughing and having a good time well into the evening. It did not interfere with us being able to sleep, so it was no problem for us. The beach access right across the street is super convenient. The house is as pictured. The layout was great for who we all had in the house. You can see the ocean from both balconies. Plenty of parking. Depending on size, you can easily fit four vehicles directly at the house. Having the pool was really nice. It took longer than expected to heat, so that is something to speak to the realty company about if you are renting in cooler times of the year. We declined the linen rental package. If you do the same, make sure you bring ALL LINENS. Bed sheets and pillowcases, bath towels/washcloths, AND kitchen towels. There are not starter white goods either, so bring trash bags (large and small), paper towels and toilet paper with you as well. Lisa at Old Colony Realty was great to work with. The check in/check out process was super. Even when she was out of the office on the weekends, any questions we had, she responded immediately and made sure we were taken care of.
