Schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und liegt nahe am Falesia-Strand. Es war alles erforderliche vorhanden. Mehrere Restaurants und Supermarkt sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in einem guten Zustand. Der Kontakt mit Karine (Ansprechpartnerin) war sehr freundlich und jederzeit möglich.

Travel with 3 kids (5,3,>1) and a car.

Nice location. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Places to eat and grocery store right outside. Great swimming pools, was a hit with the kids. Host is lovely and helpful. ...Improvements can be made in the kitchen. Limited. Also, we did not have any extra trash bags, dish soap, etc. to maintain cleanliness like we would expect. Had to go to store in town to buy these basic items. We would recommend this apartment to others and had a really nice time.

Habitação com boa exposição solar, bem localizada, simples mas confortável. Apenas um aspeto a melhorar será a insonorização com o exterior, dada a proximidade do bar e restaurante assim como do centro de recolha de lixo. A repetir certamente no futuro.

Th location is great within walking distance (about 5/10 minutes leisurely walk) to the Praia da Falesia. You don't need a car to go to the beach, or go shopping. There is a nice supermarket and nice restaurants two mins away walking. This is a quiet location away from discos or party zones. The apartment itself is lovely with windows in every room and bathroom; spacious; well decorated and well equipped. There is a large balcony that looks over the swimming pool and the nicely kept gardens. The host, Karine, is lovely and kind leaving a gift of cakes, oranges, bottled water and coffee capsules. This was very generous and appreciated. Will try to book again soon.

Feels like home

We came here to get away from the cold weather of the Netherlands. The idea was to relocate for a while in a warmer place and to be able to work during the day and enjoy the weekends and the afternoons. This place was perfect for us and it really felt like a home. The apartment had all the necessary things and we enjoyed the stay very very much. We'll be happy to return anytime.

Top apartment, top location

Been coming to this area near Falésia for almost 30 years. Stayed in many different places but Jardins da Falésia is one of the best. Their pool area and gardens is an oasis of peace. This apartment is beautifully clean and equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. Often, an issue in March is the cold evenings and cold apartment, but the new air conditioning units kept us warm. We came home early because of the Coronavirus issue. The apartment owners could not have been easier to deal with. We will definitely be using the apartment again.

Middelmatige woning.wel een top locatie en vriendelijke verhuurder.

Super locatie! Strand ,winkeltjes en restaurants dichtbij. 2 kleine zwembaden. (Niet verwarmd dus te koud voor eind oktober) Woning is wel gedateerd, dus er waren wat mankementjes. Bijna geen zon op het balkon maar dat zal zomers een zegen zijn😄 Het is een koude woning,eind oktober hebben wij een paar avonden de kachel aan moeten doen. Bed lag niet lekker. Bedbank in woonkamer zat niet lekker. In keuken alles aanwezig maar geen afzuiging boven verouderd kookstel . Boven het kookstel zag het er daarom niet echt fris uit, dus maar niet gekookt (geen straf🤪) Douche gordijn moet vernieuwd worden. De rest van het huis was heel netjes. Handdoeken aanwezig. De verhuurder was heel behulpzaam en reageerde meteen op vragen.

Service van de eigenaar kan een stuk beter

Betreft reserveringsnummer HA-H6KXBT Woning-ID 1620793 Hallo De snelkoppeling werkt niet op mijn PC vandaar dat ik op deze wijze onze ervaringen geef. Het appartement was lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien het zag er netjes uit en de keukenuitrusting was ruim voldoende. Nu toch wat minpunten die helaas tijdens ons verblijf niet zijn opgelost. Van het elektrisch fornuis werkten 2 kookplaten van de 4 niet en de waterkoker veroorzaakte op 1 stopcontact in de keuken een kortsluiting waardoor er 1 zekering uitklapte. Een dag later hield de waterkoker het voor gezien en moesten we dus water voor koffie en thee in een steelpannetje koken. We hadden een harde schijf met films meegenomen om 's avonds lekker films te kunnen kijken maar de TV in het appartement werkte niet zoals het hoort op de USB-poort ook niet met een SD-kaartreader usb-adapter. Dus ook de foto's die we tijdens onze vakantie maakten konden we niet op de TV terugzien. In de huiskamer was bij een van de stopcontacten een gedeelte van het plastic weggesmolten. Halverwege onze vakantie hadden we geen Wifi meer omdat deze na zeggen van de huiseigenaar was gelimiteerd. Dit alles hebben we gelijk na constatering middels een SMS de huiseigenaar laten weten en deze beloofde om een elektricien te laten komen. Elke keer werd de dag dat deze zou komen uitgesteld en verschoven naar een paar dagen later. Ook zou het probleem van de TV worden opgelost en zou de huiseigenaar de Wifi weer "reloaden" Op een gegeven ogenblik hebben we de moed maar opgegeven en ook geen SMS'jes meer verstuurd en ook niet meer gekregen. Dus onze hele vakantie hebben we het moeten doen met 2 kookplaten, steelpannetje om water te koken en een dag of 10 geen Wifi en niet de mogelijkheid om films en foto's te kunnen bekijken op de TV. Dit alles heeft toch wel het plezier tijdens de vakantie beïnvloed en we voelden ons toch wel in de steek gelaten door de huiseigenaar die zijn gemaakte beloftes niet is nagekomen. Jardims da Falesia 😍

Die sehr gepflegte Anlage Jardims da Falesia liegt sehr nah zu einem der Strandabgänge der wunderschönen Praia da Falesia. Schräg gegenüber ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften u. a. ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das App. ist gut/ zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Eine Steckdose im Bad wäre vorteilhaft. Auf dem schönen Balkon (über Eck) sitzt man Abends wunderschön in der untergehenden Sonne. Dominique u seine Frau sind topp, alles easy.

Very nice apartment

A lot of space, very clean and tidy, kitchen is well equipped and a nice balcony with view to the pool. Sometimes it was a little bit noisy at night, but it was ok! :) All in all a very good apartment!
