Upgrades and resupplying needed

Great location (but could be loud because it is on mainstream) but in town and close to quicksilver lift. The space was also great - three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Other than that, the property needs some TLC - kitchen needs to be restocked with proper cookware, silverware and kitchen tools. Kitchen was lacking! Dishwasher was installed leaning, so the bottom rack would almost roll completely out of the dishwasher every time you opened it! You would have to catch the rack before hitting the floor. only one remote out of 6 or 7 - had batteries. The lighting was poor - and when we tried to turn on a lamp in main area - it did not work. Checked the bulb - then the plug to see if it was plugged in - and the cord was actually cut - completely useless lamp. Things like this were common - but overall, it was an ok place to stay. Front desk - some were friendly, others were not friendly or helpful. They said that housekeeping would bring batteries - they never did. They said they would send us silverware and kitchen supplies - they sent a set of forks and one pan. Not a big enough deal to complain, but enough that I thought others might want to know.

Nice place, but very loud on the streets.

It's a nice size and comfortable for a family. If you are going in the summer beware it is extremely noisy on Main Street, even with the windows shut. It would have been nice to leave them open for a cool summer breeze, but there is no way. The only issue we had was the place haven't been vacuumed and we had small children, so vacuumed carpet in a must. I texted the management and was told they would get back to me, but never did.

Great location, but a lot of negatives

Main Street Station is in a great location, but be sure to book a room not facing the street. Also be aware the furnishings are dated and that there is no air conditioning and rooms in summer can get hot and stuffy. The kitchen facilities and bathrooms are more than adequate. The front desk staff are cheerful but they have little power to make any substantial change requests.

Good stay

Perfect for a group of 6-8. Property had 3 suites with bathrooms in each bedroom, and an additional bathroom off the living area. Pull out sofa was good for one of our kids. Good location across from shops and restaurants. Unit does face the street, which can be loud, especially when the windows are open, but all noise was in good fun across the way and most cars stop during the evening. Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which it shares with neighboring resorts. Parking garage was nice. Our big family would stay here again without hesitation.

Breck Ski Trip ‘23

Smooth check in and check out, condo was great, older but clean and all of the appliances worked. Unit was close to the lifts to Mt 9 and the overnight boot & ski storage was excellent

Breckinridge Rental

This place had great space and we felt it accommodated our group of 6 easily with its 3 rooms and 4 baths. However, the place was in need of cleaning and maintenance. For example, the floors were very dirty and we felt we needed to wear shoes the entire time. Additionally, we used the bath tub on the first night and it would not drain, maintenance was contacted twice but nobody ever came and so the dirty water sat there for 4 days while we were also unable to use the tub the rest of our stay. The building is in need of repairs as well.

Great condo but noisy

The condo is very nice. The staff are great. My only issue is the road noice and loud yelling across the street from a bar. This went on from midnight to 2:00 in the morning both nights. If it had air conditioning and we didn’t have to open the windows it would have been perfect. The location is great

Great location but had multiple issues Jan 08-15-2022

In house laundry was broken and had water standing in washtub upon arrival and wouldn’t drain which was a big deal for us. And the public laundry dryer was not drying either after multiple attempts. The same first night we realized the dishwasher didn’t work either. Which they had already ordered a replacement for and did install the day before we left. The bathroom attached to the bedroom with the two twin beds had issues with toilet and tub draining. The maintenance guys came and addressed it but we still had issues even after that so er just had our kids use the spare bathroom next to the front door. Not a huge issue but the tv in the bedroom we stayed in was also getting dark and flickering like it might be about to go out, we had plenty of room and did enjoy our time at Breck. And if these issues get fixed and would be communicated prior to stay we would entertain staying here again, but for the amount we paid it was a little bit of a disappointment. Especially when we booked for in house laundry and it never had it working.

Excellent Locations

The condo is in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the mountain. It was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we were lucky to have picked this place. The condo is cozy and met our needs for cooking and hanging out. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We would stay here again.

Super convenient location for skiing and town access

This property was well appointed with an accurate description on the listing. Plenty of room to be comfortable. Property management was very responsive when needed. Easy walk to ski lift and lessons. Also a couple of ski rental options super close by. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. One thing to be aware of, there is a nightclub across the street and we could hear the bass from the music well into the early morning. Not a big deal if you aren't a light sleeper. I would recommend this unit.

Convenient Location, Could use some TLC

The building housing this unit is conveniently located near downtown making it very close to many restaurants and shopping. The unit is located facing Main Street, so there is a lot of street noise at night. The balcony overlooking the street is a great people watching spot. The unit was very large and include a washer/dryer which was a very nice bonus. The TV and internet worked great. We had a large SUV and parking in the garage was never a problem although I don't think the building had many visitors during our stay. On the negative side, the unit could definitely use some updating and maintenance. Some of the light bulbs were burned out and the dishwasher was non-functional. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken. The general condition and style of the unit was also outdated. We stayed in early August and with no air conditioning it was very warm in the unit. Due to the street noise, it was not possible to have the windows open at night. Fortunately there were two fans in the unit and we got a third from the front desk. Overall it was a good experience but it could be improved.
