Relaxing Getaway

The chalet is in a very private location at the end of a private road. It is serene and enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed it.

Disappointed

The place was very musty smelling l. There were ants, and most of the dishes were chipped. The beds were very uncomfortable. The outside stepts in front are dangerous, and the broken pathway. One in our party tripped and fell on a broken piece of cement on the path way. Kayking would have been very hard to do going through the lily pads.

L’annonce pour cet hébergement indiquait 3 lits, dans deux chambres alors qu’il y en avait seulement 2… Les planchers sont défoncés et brisés par endroit. Le bain est non fonctionnel. Heureusement, l’état des cinq électroménagers, du spa et du foyer nous ont convaincu de rester qql jours.

Les photos ne sont pas représentative du chalet le set de salon n’était pas très propre beige pâle et taché, sur les photos il y avait sofa en cuir ,les planchers étaient mou comme si on marchait sur un matelas, le spa était pas très propre non plus le filtre était vraiment degueulace ,ça sentait l’humidité partout nous avons quitté une journée plus tôt ,à lavant il était supposé y avoir un Gazebo tout fermé avec moustiquaire et il y avait juste le squelette du Gazebo si je pouvais mettre des photos et en plus le permis afficher dans la fenêtre avant est terminé depuis janvier 24 je ne recommande pas ce chalet a personne Dégouté

Le lac

1. Ce n'est pas un lac. C'est une marre a nenupharfs 2. Pour vous aviser que le fourneau n'avait pas ete nettoye que ce n'est pas nous qui l'avons sali 3. Il y avait une assiette de casser et ce n"est pas nous qui l"avons cassee. 4. Tout etait parfait excepte le lac . Merci.

Arrivée à 15h30, le chemin n'est pas déneigé pour se rendre au chalet CATASTROPHE. IL Y a 1 pied de neige et plus. Nous avons beaucoup de paquets a transportés jusqu'au chalet. Le voisin a gentiment compris que ns avions un gros problème, il ns a permis de ns stationner chez lui. Notre chalet était loin du voisin donc , mon mari âgé de 64 ans et ma fille ont amenés la glacière et les 25 sacs de bagages dans 1 pied de neige pendant dix minutes, pensez y un peu. Ils étaient épuisés, ça commence mal. Le déneigeur est venu à 9h30 le lendemain seulement. Le propriétaire aurait dû aviser le déneigeur de notre venu dans le chalet. Pour ce qui est du chalet la prise de courant du mur de la télé ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu qu'on remplace par une rallonge et la brancher dans une autre prise de courant WOW BRAVO. LA cafetière ne fonctionnait plus WOW BRAVO. LE grille pain ne rotissait pas beaucoup. Manque de vaisselles . Il y avait de la poussière a quelques places. Je n'en dirai pas plus je suis absolument déçu. Par contre m. Kevin a été toujours d'une gentillesse incroyable et très a l'écoute de nos demandes. Je demande une compensation pour toutes ses désagrément, ceci a contribué à ne plus retourner chez vous. Beaucoup de laisser aller. Merci

Très beau séjour

Support à papier hygiénique dans la toilette était déjà dévissé à notre arrivée. Super foyer ds le salon. On a bien apprécié le spa ainsi que le bain. Cuisine bien fournie. On a apprécié la disponibilité de Stéphanie qui nous acheté du bois d’allumage. Ainsi que celle de Kevin qui répondait rapidement à nos demandes. De même pour le déneigement celle de Philippe . Quel beau coin d’hiver !

Cozy Cottage Weekend

Overall a good stay. Owner left us a treat when we first entered and we felt very welcome. The building has seen better days, but it was so pleasant with the huge soaker tub and a hot tub!

Propriété propre mais ordinaire: planchers si mous qu'on craint de passer au travers, douche minuscule, serviettes qui sentent le moisi, spa à l'eau opaque, plan d'eau entièrement envahi par les nénuphars, eau qui goûte mauvais. Plutôt déçus de notre séjour payé trop cher pour la réelle valeur.

Amazing restful vacay

This property is located in the most quiet place where privacy meets the tweeting birds, the fine breeze from the trees. A nice jacuzzi for a night date. Had to pur convenience: bbq, kayak, peddle boat. A beach not too far. The corn farm labyrinth etc…

Very peaceful area, and cottage has all amenties

Overall, we got what we came for... peace and a change of scenery... The beds were fine, the place indoors very clean. the instructions clear... unfortunately, the WiFi kept cutting out, which affected my ability to work (although that was not necessarily a bad thing, and my clients were understanding fortunately)... But overall a good experience.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé de beaux moments en famille à votre chalet et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, mais nous avons tout de même quelques observations! Excellent: Propriété confortable (lits, sofas), 2 salles de bain incluant laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine toute équipée, savon en vrac fournis, lavettes, emplacement beau, calme et serein, belle terrasse et table extérieure protégée des insectes, kayaks faciles à apporter à l'eau (mais faut être 2), emplacement pour feu de camp avec chaises avec boyau pour éteindre le feu, superbe spa, literie complète et même un kit de premier soin! Très belle vue sur la lagune, et les environs. Le chalet offre plusieurs jeux de société, système télé satellite complet et films pour les jours de pluie. Améliorations suggérées: pédalo lourd à transporter sur la distance, une forme de charrette serait recommandée ou encore mieux un quai et emplacement permanent sur le lac Désert; gestion des déchets à clarifier / améliorer; ajouter un lit pliant. Douche très étroite; une porte pour la salle de bain à la chambre des maitres est recommandée. La climatisation de la grande salle seulement est un peu juste, heureusement il y a un grand ventilateur pour répartir la fraicheur dans le chalet. Au final, les bénéfices ont grandement dépassé les inconvénients et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

A Very good place to be looking for with a group of friends

Clean shelter, comfort beds. Has a lot of board games (although mostly French). It has all pantry stuff, some are in great condition while some are not. Big yards that has really a nice view. Maybe the only thing that disturb a little are the spider web outside. Overall, 10/9

Very nice short stay

The house is at the end of a dead-end road and there are very few neighbours, so it’s very peaceful. The house is very well appointed and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake but unfortunately, carrying the pedalboat to the lake was impossible. The instructions were very clear. We enjoyed our stay very much.
