Great location with all the amenities!

This place was a great fit for our family. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Orient Beach right outside your door! It was perfect!

Perfect place!

The Venice is definitely 5 star for everything! The location is just steps to the beach, a short walk to the Village Square to dine in all the amazing restaurants and also shop for groceries at The Casino. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything you need. Emma, was there to welcome us and very easy to contact when needed. The big amazing view of the beach and ocean was where we started our day with coffee and ended our day with a night cap. We will definitely stay there again!

Emma was wonderful as the property manager, and she made our stay perfect. Lovely setting overlooking Orient Beach!

Perfect!

Our first trip to St. Martin was fantastic, largely due to our choice to stay here. The property was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4.The property is close to everything. The beach and plenty of great restaurants were all within easy walking distance (5 minutes). Parking is plentiful, and anything else you want to do is only a short drive away. Emma was delightful and responsive to our questions. Our stay was entirely trouble-free and kept us smiling the entire time we were there.

Very nice apartment

This is a very nice apartment. My two daughters and I were very comfortable there. Very clean and all the amenities we needed. A three minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. Also a great view of the ocean.

Fantastic trip

Thanks Emma. Your property was right by the beach and it was beautiful and clean. We had to teens and the room upstairs with twin beds were perfect. We sat on the balcony and listened to the waves. Just for people to know, the sun is the dryer!

Lovely stay!

We have been visiting Orient Bay for many years, pausing only during the pandemic. It was lovely to return this month and see that the vibrancy of this great community has returned. This was our first stay at this particular property and we were very pleased. Emma was so friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. The apartment was bright, clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the convenience of the main floor master bedroom and bath. The pool and beach were steps away, and the Village Square with its restaurants and entertainment was a short walk. Highly recommended for a relaxing Saint Martin getaway.

Lovely stay & we shall return!

Emma was the sweetest person ever. Everything was explained from our first communication with her and she did not disappoint. She even had a passionfruit rum gift for us upon our arrival!! The apartment is spectacular, spacious, and newly renovated with access to the pool . The view is beautiful as you face the ocean. We love Orient Bay and love this community of beach houses as we always choose to rent here in this area. You won't be disappointed with anything here! Merci beaucoup again Emma!
