Whip up quick meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchenette (complete with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker) before heading to the slopes or downtown Breck for a fun afternoon. When you come back home from a fun day out, snuggle up on one of the queen beds and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

You'll be located an easy one-block walk to the Gondola to hit the slopes and then an even easier ski-in on the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day–the ski run ends just across the street! Historic Main Street, which includes restaurants and bars, is a short walk out the back door and over the Blue River to complete your vacation fun! Make sure to visit Breck's main attraction, Breckenridge Ski Resort (less than two miles away) for endless summer and winter activities! Winter enthusiasts will have a blast skiing and snowboarding, while summer lovers will have the time of their lives rock climbing, zip-lining, hiking, and riding alpine rides and coasters. Visit Main Street to experience how Brick was back in the Wild West mining rush and to shop for handmade souvenirs at one of the more than 200 shops. Dining options abound in case you'd like to treat yourself to a savory meal out every now and then.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
